Are crawfish any good? It is one of the few things I have not tried...

Plus I used to have a pet crayfish, so its kind of close to home, the same way how people who have pet rabbits cannot eat rabbit meat, or how people who have pet dogs cannot eat dog meat.

they are if you boil them right...with hot spices, potatoes, and corn

Ohhhh my mom can make some serious gumbo!!!!!

Her mom is from New Orleans...mom's was born in New Orleans and was raised in Port Aurthur, Tx (southeast, TX near the TX/LA border)

She makes gumbo every New Years day. Man...I brought alot back to Philly!!!

Speaking of, I have a friend who is working as a journeyman in east asia and she ate dog for the first time today 😱

what a sacrifice. I don't know that I could do it. but if its bringing her closer to the locals and helps bring them closer to Christ...
