Mentions of second look make me sad. Throughout my interview cycle, students would always say "And make sure you come to second look weekend! It's awesome!"

I don't have any. 🙁

I work in a lab so it really doesn't matter what time I get there so long as I'm getting my work done. 😀 And it's a tiny lab, so it's pretty independent.

I also work at a lab, but it's a government lab. And they like you to be on time, so long as it's roughly the same time as everyone else.:laugh:

I've never gotten a derogatory comment on my MDapps. I'm not sure if that's because I'm such a nice guy or because they think I'm no threat to them :laugh:

How in the world do you have to time to make a breakfast like that? If I have breakfast, it's a good day.

While I'm physically at work, my head is elsewhere. One of my hopeful's admissions committee meet yesterday and one person got a call yesterday telling her she was accepted. Thus I am a nervous wreck, checking the email and phone approximately every 45 seconds.:scared:

Ha take a look at mine. I get lots of love :laugh: I just think it's ridiculous most URMs can't have an MDapps without having to worry about the waves of hate messages they will receive

I need to go on an Amazon purchasing spree. I think I'm finally going to cough up for those DVD boxsets I've been after...

...and a tripod, a lens hood, and a UV filter.:laugh:

It was true for me until last night... Where I was interviewing at a school i didn't apply to, and they had 4 connected campuses and a 9300 stop monorail to cover everything. I was also having trouble finding the cafeteria...

I've taken off my stats from my MDApps (GPA 0.01, MCAT 1, 1, 1, J) and unliked my profile from my SDN account so I haven't had too many comments. I think I got more than enough feedback when I first joined, and now that the application cycle is nearly done, I don't need anyone else telling me that my clinical experience is weak:meanie::meanie::meanie:.

Haha, I remember when I first joined, f****6 told me that I shouldn't apply to UMich because UMich doesn't accept OOSers with MCATs less than 37. 😀😀😀

(I ended up not applying there anyway, but I *did* call the admissions office to find out wtf).


(If I use asterisks does it not-count as calling someone out?)
