annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd I am back from the gym
hard workout today...but I was mad b/c I could tell I was not adequately energized (not enough food) to lift really well today.
Deadlifts took alot out of me...then I pushed myself on pullups....bent over row...shoulder press (this was a disappointment b/c I had no energy by then...so I could not push myself at normal weight...I was
)...lateral raise + front raise + bent over lateral raise for rear delts superset...finished lifting with shoulder shrugs (I like these so I must not be pushing myself enough).....Finally spinning for 45min
whey-ed it up with banana during walk back...getting ready to clean up and get all fresh so I can cause drama (again) on SDN
