BTW, rice or glory, can y'all tell me what flavors of Syntha-6 you've found to be the best-tasting? I'm already 3/4 of the way through my jug of Nitrocore 24 (I've basically started drinking a shake every morning for breakfast) and the first week of May is coming up (GNC Gold card).

I choked down the chocolate myself. Syntha 6 to me was a disappointment. ( I tried Vanilla as well before I learned)

Also, GNC gold card week, still not that great a deal.


I'd advise Bodybuilding.com. Their prices are usually MUCH lower than GNC's, they have product reviews right there for your perusal, and they ship INCREDIBLY fast. I just ordered some Creatine Ethyl Ester, and it was at my door in under 22 hours from the time I submitted my payment information. And I paid for 5 day shipping, they just upgraded it for free.

Skype, it's like AIM, but with video phoning as well. I feel like Johnny Quest or something when I use it. It's pretty awesome.


Although not as practical in a classroom setting. Teachers frown upon video conferencing in class apparently...

Yup, I have a jug of 100% Whey for my post-workout shake. That stuff is pretty much a staple. I prefer cookies and cream myself.

I like having something like Nitrocore24 in the mornings for breakfast, particularly the morning after workouts. I thought I'd try Syntha-6 because rice and glory both like it. It sounds like it's no different than muscle milk, though.
 
I haven't used AIM since college. Back then it was fun IMing my buddies that were down the hall, upstairs, across campus, or right next to me.
Nowadays, I don't find IMing nearly as entertaining as it used to be and mostly just use it to talk with my family members.

Haven't tried the Nitrocore24. Do you like it? Why the switch to Syntha-6?

Syntha-6 is LOVED by a couple of my friends, they swear by it, it just wasn't that good for me. As for being like muscle milk, well, it doesn't fill you up like MM does, so as a meal replacement, I don't know if that would work. Unless they've got a high calorie version I don't know about.

Count me among those who don't use AIM anymore. I think SDN has just replaced it as I've gotten older :laugh:

What's up everybody! I'm on medical derm all of today (well for the rest of the week for that matter) so I will generally be away from my computer. I will try to drop in from time to time, lord knows I don't want to miss out on the 2013 fun.😳

how do we get headaches? i mean...aside from vascular fluctuations that say to our brains, "painful."
I saw the "kissme" girl twitter that her "brain hurts." We don't actually have ANY pain receptors in our brain though...do we? I've been reading too much about touching parts of the brain and making OTHER places on the body sense various things. ..

No nociceptors in the brain itself, but they're basically everywhere else around it: meninges, blood vessels, nerves...and the pressure fluctuations you mentioned.
