well i used that excel spreadsheet that was made in the "how good is my fin aid" thread and became aware that i will gradute med school with 312K of loans. eeekkkkkkk!!!

it is cardinal...and I am not sure...still thinking about one other place in cali really close to home...plus I'm kind of in love with another school as well...but I'm on their waitlist

don't worry ar... I'll be right there with ya. I think that debt calculator page said I'd have to pay close to 3K a month for 10 years... but I'm going to lower my interest once I graduate. I'll figure it out.

lol thanks. it took me a while to figure out how to use imageready, then i decided on something kind of subtle...less work but still coo.

I have not even opened a single book or notebook for my finals this week..gawd, i never knew how unmotivated a spot in the class of '13 could make a person. I should probably go study some science shiz...in a little while...

lol...Finals....I had an open note/book final....and I didnt study for my other two...Should be interesting to see how I did, haha
 
I bet you guys are jealous, Miley came by the other day to congratulate my roommates and I for being accepted to grad schools and for being super hot and sexy. Just another day in LA..

yall..somehow I busted my chin last night, and I really dont know how I managed that...It freakin hurts
 
Hmm. Ran my numbers through the spreadsheet. Assuming I get and take the same unsubsidized and subsidized loans from SUNY that I got this year every year, and assuming I take out 10,000 extra this year, I'll be making payments of $2090.57. That's actually not as bad as I was expecting! 🙂

yeah.. but COA is 64K.. and the its about 32K a year of unsubsidized loans...
 
i have embraced debt. I'm preparing to friend it on facebook.

yea it sucks but what's the alternative? Spending the next 4 years at SUNY ______ (our state schools) wondering what life would have been like if we went to NYU/Cornell? I know I wouldn't be as happy at Downstate or SB as I would at Cornell. I know I'll pay it off eventually I'm not too worried.
