I've been talking with people who responded to my ad on the med student website. Only one person I've met before, at the interview and that's about it. Too bad SDN2013 won't be going to UW, I bet it'd be a hoot to live with him.

hahaa..what are you gonna tell ppl? I would just tell the truth about how you met the man of your dreams at an interview...and are saving yourself for him.
 
all you need to tell people is that chub is over 6 feet tall, over 6 inches long, and has over 100 mils in the bank

I don't leave Turkey until June 1st! 😀 (Which has turned out to be a good thing because my bf has been MIA since Friday, working on overdue papers for the spring semester).

And ahh, making sure people realize you're a girl? :laugh:

Sweet!!!! At first I read MIA w/o the stuff after, and was like WHAT?!!? But yeah, kept reading. I hope you're having a blast!

:laugh: No, I know exactly where my bf is. Being held hostage by his father (parents are divorced; I and my bff are staying with his mother right now). Definitely having a blast though. Seen awesome historical stuff, learning random words in a new language (mostly food words... :laugh: And a few other basics like hello and thank you), and even done some shopping! (been looking for these kinds of skirts for ages!)

I also got sunburned for the first time in my life. 😱 (I also outright fell asleep/read in a bikini under the sun for the first time in my life, with only 8 SPF sunblock). I didn't even know I could burn! No peeling or anything, but my upper back was not a fan of hot/very warm water for two days.
