Today I woke up at 230...FML

The only way that could ever be an FML is if:
- you missed an exam
- you missed your grandmother's funeral
- you woke up with a 350 lb woman covered in acne naked in your bed and a mysterious inflammation developing in your nether region

I sincerely hope it was none of these.

Ugh moving...I have so much crap at my house and am downgrading to a dorm. This is not gonna be fun.

Yeah, plus NYC dorms are TINY. My collection of Pogs is staying at home I guess!

The more appropriate FML is that you could sleep until 2:30 but your daily work routine has ruined your ability to sleep in. This is what runs through my mind every Saturday morning!

I would have done if I had the option, it's convenient. EXCEPT, what is the bathroom situation?

4 people/apartment, 1.5 bathrooms. I'm pretty easy going about that as long as everyone cleans up the drain (eww, I hate that) and keeps it clean. The rest is just getting down a regular schedule.

Haha, I'm glad the house we live in right now is already furnished. Couches, TV, bookshelves, all of that are staying. And I'll probably be moving into an apartment of some kind so I won't need to get anything more, really. That's the nice thing about apartments... less space to fill with furniture!

I bought this awesome antique wardrobe too (love Craigslist) and have a chair from my grandparent's old place -- you know, the one you could never sit on as a kid -- and a couple things from Ikea that could stand to just be scrapped, but I want to keep that stuff and my bed for when I get my apartment for MS3/4. Save me some money for 2 years down the road...but I don't know what kinda shape the bed will be in after not being used and stored in a basement for a couple years 😱

Mom's gonna love when I dump my stuff off at her house 😀

Lucky you, you can just drop stuff off at your mom's before you move.. I gotta move all my stuff home, THEN 2 months later I get to actually move to school.

I have a few furniture items, so moving is going to blow! Once wife and kids come into the equation, I doubt I'll have the patience. Hiring someone to do it for me FTW.

Yup, I think that's what I'll have to do..........

LOL, no worries RR, they fit in a U-Haul pretty nicely as well, just bubble wrap them furniture=wife=kids=stuff hahahaha

Oh yeah, definitely not bad then. I just can't handle community bathrooms from the dorms. I lived in one of the largest co-ed dorms in the freakin' US, and I got stuck on one of the two all girls floor. And whoever says guys' bathrooms are nastier, I heartily disagree.

House was already partially furnished (thank goodness) so that's really the extent of what I have. Only 3 things...and hopefully I can manage to fit them in a cheap NYC apartment (wardrobe, full-size bed, and chair) otherwise I'll just opt to do my rotations in Westchester or West Connecticut 😀

Pogs were awesome. I had like 4 of the 12" canisters full of them. Don't remember what my slammer looked like though. I think it had an 8-ball on it.

Oh yes, I am a clean freak as well. My poor roommate/bff eventually gave up on trying to help, since I have very particular ways of cleaning/organizing. Ft. Worth is pretty cheap on the apartment side of things, so I am getting a one bed/one bath. 😀

I'm excited I get a buddy all to myself.. this year's class is bigger than last year's, so some people are sharing... which means less stuff to go around.

I haven't had it in a couple of years now. I've made a conscious effort to drastically lower my sugar intake and have become obsessed with oral hygiene. I should be in the clear; though as a child I had tons of cavities. I had an insatiable sweet tooth.
