No, I have 100GB of music. Of which about half (so far) belongs to mom, which I've been importing from cds like a mofo since I'm moving. Apparently, the drive couldn't dig it... Seagate's really had some issues lately with quality...


(Most of the drive is empty, but it also houses my art and my camera raws. 🙁🙁)

Well, my external is actually an internal in an enclosure... the barracuda's have been specifically known to have issues. I just bought a My Book (western digital, also reputable but of suspect quality of late... I think) to replace it. So far, so good. @.@;

hey guys sorry to spoil the fun, but I'm not getting clear answers to my question, and you guys been through this before.

If I send in my LORs right now to AMCAS, will they be sent to school along with my primary in June? Or does AMCAS wait until med schools specifically ask for them?

I don't think you'll have an edge either way. LORs don't factor in until you complete your secondaries. However, do send the LORs in when you can because it can take weeks to process.

Can I ask why you're asking? How would knowing this information impact your application process?

Man, I didn't even know letters could be sent before June 😛 But unless things have changed drastically, schools do not access/read your LORs until you pass in your secondary--sometimes not even until the interview.

I would assume they assume they would be sent with your primary in June IF they have already been verified by AMCAS.
