phew! i just spent 5 hours going through all my crap at my parent's house and figuring out what i want to take with me to my new apt. my parents are all planning what they will do with my room once im gone and only coming home like once a month when school starts.

Yup, my parents are re-decorating my room already, though I'm still living here for the next 2 months. It's been the source of some minor strife this week, haha.

I think imma write a novel on my past weekend.!

Mine starts the 17th too...but I think its really only for 2 days 🙂 Then we have an "Introduction to Clinical Medicine" course which I guess, since its not graded, is an extended orientation.

Ours is 4 days. We have the White Coat ceremony on the last day in the afternoon, then a booze cruise in the evening! Should be a blast 🙂

Yeah, which pretty much sucks considering I got sunburn AGAIN doing it for so long...its not too terrible and gave me something to do but I'm looking forward to living in an apartment for the next 4+ years.

The landlord lives out of the country but pays someone to mow the lawn. Don't know why getting someone else to pull the weeds is too much to ask, but the back of the house was a mess with tons of ivy growing in 👎

Hey everybody!!! Back from my roadtrip out to LA; it was lots of fun (I'm going to miss being around my brother). His place is right next to UCLA, great area, great apartment, seemingly great roommates... he really lucked out with this one. I'm going to attempt to get caught up on the action here but 5 days of posts may be too much.

i would say yes to floating on river, although i heard there were snakes so watch out for those. kayaking yes! party boat derfinitely. 6th street booze. food of course. except i'm not going. drink and eat away for me!

I went to college there so I know the place well, and it's probably my favorite city in the US. A lot of outdoor activities,esp summer things. Plus the night scene is pretty awesome. Live Music Capital of the World 🙂
