me too, we start on the same day. although we have orientation starting 2nd!
 
crazy hearing about some of your guys' starting dates...my orientation week begins on the first monday in August (aug. 3rd).
I am moving out there at the very end of July. Driving across the nation. Gonna meet up with one of my roommates (already graduated med school) who is living in Toledo, and then drive the rest of the way to Penn State with her. Then I meet my second roommate who is already a second year med student (female).
So, i'll be the sole supplier of testosterone in the household, aside from a few dogs that will be around too. I have already been banished to live in the basement, I guess that's just how things go...lol jk I saw some pictures and it looks spacious and handsome.

Back from seeing Terminator 🙂

It was decent, although Christian Bale's acting was a little over-the-top.
 
Graduation is awesome, and the lead singer of Linkin Park spoke... he was really funny except he went over the top with slightly bashing about how he was called 7 days ago, when James Franco chickened out....

Tomorrow is the Departmental Graduation, so all 110 Microbio majors have a separate graduation😀

Just got back from The Hangover, soooooo ridiculous and funny. Recommend it...and more so to the boys. 🙂

Ahh, you're going to a 1.5 year school. Cool! I really wanted to go to a 1.5 year school, but the only one I got into was Tufts and they're too expensive. 🙁 (Emory also recently switched to 1.5, and Penn's been 1.5 for a while now).
 
Oh, I'm at my high school reunion (boarding school so we get to stay in the dorms) and it is so weird! 😱 People haven't really changed. I'm so glad there was an open (beer and wine) bar most of the night or I don't think I would have made it past the awkward.

I need to go back to sleep. I'm not 100% sure I've sobered up completely.

You already have a high school reunion? How many years has it been since you graduated, quirks?

I declined to go to my 5 year high school reunion for that very reason. I figured people were still the same and I already keep in touch with the people I want to keep in touch with. Maybe I'll go to the 10 year one though...

here in chi-town they changed it to "I'm in Chicago Trick" for the radio....except last night when we drove into any suburb I would change it again, so last night I was in Evanston, Lincolnwood, and Skokie.....trick :laugh:

She never saw it... it depends... I think she's usually not very much into the lowbrow stuff, but she liked "I Love you Man" and most things with Will Ferrell, hated Napoleon Dynamite... hated Borat... does that give you any reference point?
