sammich-that sounds like the worst day ever!!


my mcat day was nothing too special. afterwards i just thought i did even worse than i did the first time and drove away crying because i thought i wouldn't get into med school. i seriously never cry either, probably like once a year on average. then i ended up doing well and was shocked (well good for me that is, not even close to the scores of most of you geniuses on here😛)
 
guess what i get to do now-go see the show 'when elmo grows up' with the little girl i nanny. try not to be too jealous!😛

i took my MCAT and went to see the dark knight (it just came out that day). fell asleep during that movie (heith was great, movie was too long. i have a harder time believing that batman would go for someone that looked like maggie gyllenhaal than actually believing that batman exists)
 
i took the MCAT on 8/7/08. beijing olympics started on 8/8/08. you better believe i spent the next two weeks watching EVERYTHING... i'm talking horseback riding, sailing, rhythmic gymnastics, modern pentathlon... everything. i did not move from in front of the tv. it was amazing.

I got dumbed the last day of finals once. I guess it was better than during finals, but what a way to start the summer.

That was a freaking great movie, what are you talking about. But agree with you on Gyllenhaal.

this morning i almost got blown into oncoming traffic on my way to the subway. this city is so damned windy.
 
wtf is with the post-switching business? i think i'm gonna blame it on Spurs, for lack of a better plan. :meanie:

once i had an english class with a girl who used the word "whatnot" so much that we just named her "whatnot." and my friend was talking to the professor after class and was like, "well, like whatn-- i mean (girl's name) was saying..." it was hilarious.

i'll let you know about blue-it's intermission, he hasn't decided yet.

my little girl doesn't seem to understand the concept of being things when you grow up. this is what she says everyone in her family's gonna do:

her: be a kitty
brother: a train
sister: a frog
mom: a firefighter
dad: a fish
me: i get to be elmo!

i wonder why her mom got the only human job lol😛
 
hey guys something weird happened on last page. My post somehow got on the bottom page, then d dub's comment on it was ABOVE it. That's so weird.
