She likes generic Poptarts?!?! I used to have to tolerate them when my mom bought them when I was little, but given the choice, I'd have to stick with the name brand!!

I need to change the oil in my roommates mini deep fryer so I can make deep fried bacon!!! It's 6 strips of bacon battered and deep fried. I saw it on Travel channel.

The Big 10 and Pac 10 are talking with Texas about becoming a conference member?

Texas is not Big10 or Pac10 location, it is pure Big12 country. That's just dumb.

I'm sure there's lots of money in it. But it'll never happen; unless they just throw silly money at Texas, there's no reason for Texas to leave a conference where they have a minimum of 3 major rivalry games each year (Oklahoma, Texas A&M, Texas Tech) that bring in big money for them.

I just don't see how you could give them enough money to move them.

Maybe it's just the historical side - even though the Big 12 isn't that old, it contains almost all the teams that have rivalries with each other and fit the geographical area. Conferences are pretty established at this point and Texas is pretty firmly entrenched in the Big 12.

Big 10 should find someone else - there are plenty in the Midwest that would jump at the opportunity.
 
i dont see texas leaving but them going to either of the other conferences would be pretty interesting

Kobe and Iverson are out of the All-Star game now. The replacements? David Lee and Jason Kidd.

That's pretty awful. Everyone here knows I'm not a big Monta Ellis fan, but that's a pretty big middle finger and clear pandering to the Dallas locals. Josh Smith is probably even more pissed, but again Stern is pandering to Knicks fans... and hey, now if LeBron goes there, he can play with another "All-Star" 🙄

Boise can go to Pac 10 along with some other Mountain West team - Utah, BYU...

Notre Dame and Pitt should be in the Big 10, but Notre Dame is $$$ greedy and Pitt leaving the Big East would cause it to not have enough teams. The Big East should try and add more football schools.

I usually find NBA allstar games fun, but this one is going to be crap.

There are so many players playing that didn't get voted in or selected directly. Some of them might deserve to be there, but Kidd?

NBA All-Star game is easily the best of the three, but yeah this one's going to be pretty lame. And I think for me this is the final nail in the coffin that it's fine for fans to vote, because it looks like it's not just the fans who make inane decisions.. Kidd is just inexcusable and almost as bad as Iverson was.

Yeah I saw. Whatever, I don't care about Monta anymore, he's probably gonna get traded. We still have our franchise player, Steph Curry. (Who also happened to get a triple double last night).😱
