cant wait actually. But like guyski then i start to freak and worry about stupid things (debt, will i have the stats needed for residency i want, can i handle med school, etc..). Still though i cant wait to start in a lot of ways. Cant wait till july/Aug! 🙂

Way excited about meeting cool new people, and exploring a new city/campus. Slightly apprehensive about the school part itself, but mostly excited to see what it will be like. Terrified of the impending debt-load. Terrified.

I agree. I think basketball is really popular in places with a major team, and in big cities, but baseball is popular there too and throughout the rest of the country.

They are both sort of in a recovery phase: MLB from the steroids era, NBA from the lockout and the years since MJ. Also, I think some old peeps watching NBA are annoyed by the prevalence of "hip hop culture" stuff.
