Not from SDN for sure. I guess from seeing me around, I'm just baffled as to how I'm so well known to all these people in different programs since I don't recognize most of them.

In the meantime I'm chalking it up to having a semi-uncommon name.
 
I guess the spinning skyscraper in Chicago is on hold due to lack of funding (this is old news I just found it out though). Too bad, it sounded nifty.

did any of you watch the magic school bus when you were little? my kiddies are under a blanket pretending they're in my stomach exploring and it reminded me of the episode where the bus flew up someone's nose and looked around their body haha. that was such a qualty show, i miss it!😛

YESSSSSS! I loved Ms. Frizzle...oh the memories. I should have wrote about my budding interest in medicine after watching this show when I was young in my personal statement. :laugh:

Whoops.. I was still contemplating going to animal behavior but I totally zoned out and realized class starts in 2 minutes.. guess I won't be going after all.
 
Just made some gorditas... Yum.

Next time I go grocery shopping I need to buy the ingredients so that I can try and make baja sauce - I tried once before and failed miserably because I didn't have a food processor.

I did!! I loved that show. I also loved Hey Arthur, Doug, and Rugrats!

Rocko's Modern Life and the Angry Beavers were my favorite cartoons ever. Especially Angry Beavers.

I got called Rocko a lot as a kid because of that show, though.

You know, I felt like Angry Beavers had its ups and downs. Same with Ren and Stimpy.

I definitely felt Ren and Stimpy was hit or miss.

I loved Angry Beavers, especially their frustrated words and noises combined with the elongation/mispronunciation of syllables.

Favorite word = spoot

That one was okay. It had its moments.

My faves were Angry Beavers, Rocko, Rugrats, Hey Arnold, Doug, and then the others I watched just because they were on.

Ditto on cat dog. I just really liked the theme song.
