ill take drew rosenhaus...that guy when isee him i just think sleezy salesman but he must be good because he always gets the job done. Boras on more then a few occasions has failed miserably and actually hurt his player. Boras seems only good with the huge names and not so muhc for the average guy...so i guess in this scenario boras would be good for jla, jolt and ksmi but would fail me and you hardcore met

I think this process is more like high school to college athletics.

gotta put up stats in high school, get recruited by programs

to a school where you work hard, pick your position as a baller (specialty) to then get drafted (the match)

I can't even really think of an Sportscenter commercial that I don't like.

I think the analogy is that they have a minimum age requirement. You have to stay a minimum of 4 years to stay in school. Some even stay in for 5.

however, some trail blazers have begun to find other opportunities, such as going abroad to refine their talent

yeah I like air force. But marines next?? Thats some serious basic training. I hear Air force training isnt as bad because they train you as an officer first where as Marines they train you to kill first.. But I am NOT doing any of them.

I would find a way to pay for Gtown if I had too.

cool, good luck! i was considering hpsp too, but the lifestyle tradeoff is just too great for me. i don't want to be limited in residency choices (or go to war for that matter).

right now i'm in at penn state and evms and am not sure where i'd go if it comes down to those two. dartmouth is my number one but i'm on the waitlist and don't have much hope that i'll get off it since apparantly it doesn't move much. gtown's my #2 though and i'd absolutely love to go there. if i'm lucky enough to get in there and suny downstate (currently on hold), it'll be really hard to decide since the debt load difference is huge. what about you?🙂

Also anyone else sick of writing Letters of intent/interest/begging. I just wrote like 3 for UCI and now that im WL at UCLA im going to have to do it all agian. I almost want to just pull out my uci ones and replace the uci with UCLA . I wish they would just let you write something concise and too the point like "I want in your school, i think its sweet" the end🙂.

being one of the big anchors there like cowherd, mike n mike, van pelt, etc etc.. has got to be sweet. Now doing some boring ass accounting or working as some low level person who gets to see nothing, probably not so much. Thats my dream job haha if i couldnt go into medicine i want to be involved at espn like van pelt😛. I decided to go with something more realistic though 😉.
