Kidneys and aquaporin channels. Heart and Atrial Natriuretic Factor. Lungs and ACE as well as pH regulation due to acidosis and alkalosis. Gotta know the whole pathway for how ADH acts on principle cells in the cortical collecting duct. Have to memorize the counter current exchange multiplier. Have to know how to calculate renal clearance. Have to know forces that cause glomerular filtration. have to know macula densa and it's affect on renin-angiotensin-aldosterone. Have to know about the osmoreceptors that cause the supraoptic paraventricular neurons to create ADH and how ADH is stored in the posterior pituitary.
