It will autodraft for you; if you want to change the order in which it does so you can go to Draft Central-->Pre-draft rankings.

If enough people can't make it we can change the time.
 
Quick update: played my first game of pickup hockey on Thursday. Best workout in a year. Hands down. Also, bought new skates that actually fit--going to test those out tomorrow.
 
the latest south park episode is so hilarious, when randy and those guys bounced around town on their balls smoking joints :laugh:

Yeah me too. I'm on a buncha stinkin waitlists at better schools than my acceptance...but at the same time, I need to stop worrying about prestige so much.

I pretty much fell in love with Wright State when I went for the interview and I have a lot of friends there. I would have a blast....😀

Portal is the greatest game, ever. Bar none. 👍

Even better, it's going to overlap with the Half-Life 2 storyline in Portal 2, which is just crazy awesome.

btw, Portal 2 has been announced, and unlike Blizzard, Valve actually releases things when they say they're going to be released. :laugh:

As if I could get more anxious with Baylor just sitting around, I'm starting to really want some financial aid junk so I can go about making my decision if Baylor doesn't become a factor.

People are starting to get their financial aid stuff, and I want some, too.

Anybody thinking of buying iPad for medical school? I need a new laptop computer and was wondering if I should buy Macbook Pro or iPad. What chu guys think?

I think the iPad is dumb. It's too big and bulky to be worth going up from the iPhone, but not powerful enough to replace a laptop.

I would go with the laptop. What's SLU's policy on computers - do they "give" you one or recommend a certain type?

i feel the exact same way! i loved evms, but somehow feel like it's not prestigious enough even though i'm sure it'll get me to wherever i want to go in the future. it's so silly too, because all of the people pushing more prestigious schools aren't even doctors (they must think it's like law school or something) yet i've started believing them. i think we just need to follow what i want to do and not let everyone else influence us!

Oh okay, I thought iPad was as powerful as a standard laptop, it isn't. I think I'm just gonna stick with a laptop. Thanks buddy!

I'm not an Apple hater - I just don't see what the big deal is.

I'll probably end up with an iPhone for med school. I think they're coming out with a new one this summer.

anyone else forget they have open apps still? I havnt checked my mail in a week and found a few rejection letters. I guess schools dont read withdraw emails 😛

I just read my OHSU letter I received last week saying I am out of consideration because my secondary deadline passed.... 5 months ago.

All of my apps are now closed except Baylor and [technically] Vandy. Just waiting on two "official" rejections.

I have decided that what I really wanted was a slate that ran osx, so I might just settle for this (that doesn't do that at all, but comes sort of close).

You know, the iPad does look cool and all, but there's no way I'd get it for medical school. If I were you, I would definitely go with the Macbook Pro.
