I think I'll adjust well. I do fine with long hours and little sleep. I do hate doing things on other peoples schedules though, so I'll have to get used to that for the next like 8 years.

Yea, democracy isn't great for making decisions, because the masses are generally ignorant. What democracy is good for is to diminish internal dissent(revolts, etc.), because every person is responsible for the decisions in varying degrees.

I'm trying to come up with new concepts for future weapons systems. I've thought of a free-rotating cockpit for preventing G-force pulling all the blood out of a pilot's brain during high angle maneuvers. I've also come up with a modulated aircraft carrier system to decrease their vulnerability.
