voyeur. i pegged you.

no idea, stupid computer. yes, my patient has increased xylophones...i mean sleepiness. the billers would have freaked if i hadn't of caught it. lol.

i think i'm liking the cheetah. i am a middle distance runner. legs and butt like a sprinter but upper body and core like a long distancer.

middle so like 400m? cheetah would def fit the best then. i'd like to comment on your body shape, but i'll have to wait 'till my current infraction expires

Tickets to the Red Sox game, Mohegan Sun night, and the Harbor Booze Cruise.

It was a little pricey for the last two things, but I figure I only get the chance once.

I find out in 2-8 weeks supposedly.

yea that'd prolly cost a lot, but you'd go with a bunch of classmates right? it'll be worth it for sure 👍

 yes...admit it, if you saw three dogs doing that, you'd do a double take too

haha yea, but only due to scientific curiosity!

400 to 1600 m. i didnt start running longer distance until more recently.

 yes, you watch your p's and q's until you are no longer in the danger zone. we don't want a banned dingy 😱.

What a LOAD of crap. lol

hey now, as scientists, sometimes we have to suffer through unsightly things to gain particular insight. i'm willing to take one in the name of science. personally, i think it makes me a very noble person :meanie:

i used to run the 400 in like elementary school, i did a 1:12 in 4th grade! that was pretty fast in china for that age  what are you running? i have no idea about 1600m times tho, never could handle long distances.

400 in 1:12 is pretty sick for elementary school. You talking prior to 7th grade??!

I've seriously just been staring at all the crap in my room.... I have no idea where to begin.

I took all the contents out of one of my desk drawers....and just put it all on TOP of my desk to go through.

*sigh*

Yea it was 4th grade, the last time I did competitive sports. I came to the states in the middle of 5th grade, and dropped all sports to learn English 🙁 I was still 2nd fastest guy in my middle school(~1000 ppl) in 8th grade tho, the fastest guy just had way better genes. His brother still holds like every single sprint record of my high school, ran a sub-11 100m.

Sub-11 100m is insane! Reminds me of our middle school track star. We have a limit of max 4 events that any one person can participate in. He ran in 2 relays, the mile, and the 200m.

He'd run the two relays, the 200m, and then run a 4:46 mile in 8th grade.

...then he smoked a bunch of pot in high school and was never heard from again.

I have put my wii back in the box...

I guess that's a step in the right direction.

Although Spursy wanted to play wii when he was here... he'll just have to deal with it.

400 m in high school was about 60 seconds, I believe, give or take a few tenths and hundredths. I actually liked to 1600 m the best. Senior year I was able to get down to a 5:45ish pace. Not anymore though...lol no where close to that.

They don't teach us the abc's, we play on the hard concrete....

stuck in my head!!!

Did track in middle school and was mostly a high jumper. High school, though, was all about soccer. I've got a weird kind of running endurance. Can't run a fast mile or beat anyone in the 100m, but I'll be damned if anyone can run more sets of sprints

It's the "soccer recovery" running. 😉

dang yea, those are superstars. I did the, I guess, quadrathlon? It was 4 events, 100m, 400m, standing broad jump, and throwing a 1kg ball backwards. I was pretty bad with the ball throwing, OK in the 100m, but pretty good in the 400m and very good in the broad jump. I think my 100m was ~15.8, my 400m was 1:12, and my standing broad jump was 2.19 meters(~7 1/8 ft). I don't remember my ball throwing, I've probably blocked it out of my head

You can talk to me about track all day.... boy I miss it

My best events were the 4 and 8, it was funny because I was soooo skinny in highschool, you would think I would be a much better 2 miler than a 400 runner

Ugh I need another book for DVD's. I'm combining all my ones in cases so I don't have to bring them all with me to FL.

Dang, you'd kill me in probably any distance race now  Here's a story. My friend and I wondered what our forty time would be a couple years ago, so we decided to sneak into our football field and time each other at night. I thought I was running pretty well, then with about 5 yards left, my legs just GAVE OUT, and I nose dived across the finish line. I was like OMFG I am sooooo out of shape, can't even finish a 40 yard sprint

Dude, running sprints is haaard! I could handle about 3 - 4 100m sprints, and that was it.

i played in hs too! soccer in the winter, track in the spring. its probably where i got the endurance for the 1600 m.

i love watching track, especially in the olympics. its ridic the training these athletes put into it.

bring it on bender. in bball practice i would win sprints at the end just because i can go all day. i ran a little over 5 miles in under 30 minutes today 😉

lmao . yeah, i couldn't do a 7 mile now if i tried. i would probably keel over. its so easy to get outta shape.

sprint sets = recovery, like bender said.

Hah, I was the captain of our soccer team in China, though that was in name only because we stopped competing after we lost two consecutive games by scores of 26-0 and 28-2.

those 2 teams were 2 of the best teams tho, they recruited from all over the country. they're basically government designated farm teams for future pro sports. the chinese government takes sports pretty seriously. just not fair 🙁

Ugh. wtf do I do with my wii fit?

I don't use it enough to justify bringing it to florida.

maybe i'll sell it

(jla? bleargh? mandible? anyone?)

if the US had similar sports programs to China, our soccer team would be ridiculous. can you imagine a Kobe-esque athlete playing soccer his whole life? how about an entire team of athletes like that?

we're on track to become the first 100,000 post thread in SDN history by mid May 😀

yea but the actual pro teams are filled with corruption and extremely entitled athletes(u.s. pro athletes are nothing compared to these guys in terms of entitlement), so chinese soccer teams perennially suck.
