Ugh I have so many friends who are going into or who want to go into chiro... I'm not going to rain on their parade but I feel bad watching them take on med school-level debt without med school-level job security. It's really, really hard to get a decent chiropractic practice started in Iowa, the larger cities are completely saturated. Plus, when budgets are tight, I'm pretty sure you can back off your chiro visits without dying... 🙄

real friends don't let friends become chiros.

University of Wisconsin is probably the biggest party school. pretty academically strong too. good business school and the #1 microbiology department. also the best undergrad gym in the country

hactually, UC Santa Cruz is the best party school. I'm surprised they don't have a course for "Partying 101".

I know, it's really sad to see intelligent people get stuck in that rut. 🙁

Interesting article on the decline of chiro, written by a DC.

Madison is AWESOME! 👍 It's along the lines of an Iowa City/Ann Arbor university town feel, but bigger.

UF's expanding the gym, it's gonna be the best when it's finished. osu's gym is pretty friggin awesome too

bigger city should be a negative, in smaller towns there are nothing else to do.

west virginia? rando.

Not really. All the midwest and southern state schools are pretty party-heavy.

Exactly. Iowa, Wisconsin, West Virginia are all huge party schools because there's nothing else to do there but party. Arizona State is usually up there as well.
