Class of 2014!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
players on my team that Im happy with
McCann
Morneau
Utley
Tulowitzki (although I would package him to get a more stable 3B + SS combo, but SS are rare now, Jackson does have like 18 3B and Rollins though)
A. Jones (I still believe in him)

Pitchers
Wainwright (def keeping him)
Ricky Weeks needs to stop striking out so goddamn much. Greg Jones needs to get on base other than taking balls. And the Marlins need to start winning close games! 😡

I've been thinking about trying to get Tejada from Jackson, but she doesn't check her thing I think.
I told her to start checking it so she's going to on Monday (according to her this morning).

...this is after I informed her that she has been starting Jimmy Rollins for the past 2 weeks

I'm trying to get rid of 4 players for 1. preferably 4 pitchers for 1. preferably 4 mediocre pitchers for 1 good one, preferable gallardo + the entire AL east for Tim Lincecum

by AL East, I mean Bucholz, Phil Hughes, Matusz and Vazquez. basically everyone that's not in the team that's winning

 my objective is to figure out who's for real out of:

Zito
Penny
Wells (who, other than today, I feel is the most solid of the three)

Zito is the real deal, but for 4 more starts. and then that entire pitching rotation will crumble

noo what's that?
check this out, you could spend hours on this site.

it breaks down all the biomechanical aspects of different major league pitchers and discusses the mechanics that tend to lead to injuries and gives a ton of prime examples and also provides in-depth analysis of the top aces in baseball today and discusses their risk of injury.

http://www.chrisoleary.com/projects/Baseball/Pitching/

Start with the "Patterns" tab where he discusses Inverted W, Inverted L, and Hyperadduction:

http://www.chrisoleary.com/projects/Baseball/Pitching/PitcherInjuryAnalysisProject/Patterns.html

Go to the bottom of that page and click on the different patterns. Then you can later look at the "analyses" tab to look at the mechanics/motions of the major pitchers in baseball. VERY cool.

MLB should boycott AZ all star game, just because I'm bored and want to read a story and make some hoopla

so in theory, Penny + Zito + Wells >> Lincecum + Cain + Sanchez

Care for a trade anyone?

lol, did you guys see that video of gregg zaun trying to throw the baseball back to the pitcher but failing 3 times
