im too hyper to get any work done today
yea i think we all know where everyone else is going by now, we could probably forgo with the list
i'm sad we wont be classmates anymore, caniac! it's a hard decision because i love psu too, i've just always wanted to live in a city for a few years and dc fits the bill a bit more than hershey😛
Well, you should tell gtown that they shouldn't have post-interview rejected me!! 😛 You're gonna have a blast there -- I used to volunteer at GUH and the folks there are great!
Glad you're headed to where you felt the best fit! I'm the opposite -- been in urban centers for the past 6 years and I prefer the more rural areas.
And, after all, you're still only 2 hours and change from Hershey Park!![]()
routine blood work or is something really wrong?Well, drizzt is currently trying to diagnose all the things that are wrong with me.
BTW, I hate it when I get blood drawn and I get lightheaded and everyone goes on about how I shouldn't be a doctor or whatever, because it's obviously because I'm scared of blood. Nope, couldn't possibly be because I have a borderline low bp and you stole a whole bunch of blood from my arm. That's just too logical. 🙄
ice hockey. lol. high school hockey in that state is probably comparable to football at UMich. its the real deal. Sid the Kid played for Shattuks.
I've heard playoff/championship games average right around 20K people/game. and back in 2004, at one game, supposedly 100K+. 😱If we're talking MN; yes, the high school hockey tournament is a pretty big deal.

Looks like I'm reading it wrong...apparently the 100+k was for the whole tournament. makes way more sense. The venue only holds ~18k for NHL games. Per Wikipedia:
2008 -- March 7, 19,559 fans attended the 2008 State Boys Hockey Tournament Class AA semifinals at Xcel Energy Center, setting a new record for the largest crowd to ever attend a hockey game in the state of Minnesota.
But it's still a lot of people 🙂
guess who gets to start a 9-month course of isoniazid 🙁

I remember going through that a couple of years ago. Good times 👍
Good thing I don't drink; my liver was pristine and ready to take that beating
It's actually not too bad. Just remember to take a B6 (or was it B12? I can't remember - that probably doesn't bode too well for me as a future doc...) supplements... very important when you are taking isoniazid!
dang, did you get tb or something? sux 🙁
Now THIS is how you sell a POS car:

Dude from BP, "Envionrmental impact from oil will be minimal."
Dude from LA, "Tell that son of a bitch to come down here."
I'm all for some vigilante justice here. 👍
you need to answer this question. I promised Flow you'd have some insight. 🙂
OP, good sir.your Q or the op's question?
My parents bought themselves and me WashU Medicine shirts. And a stuffed bear wearing a WashU shirt.![]()
... odd that's exactly what my parents did when we went to visit Penn. Actually, they gave the stuffed bear to my sis in law; but kept the shirts. And my dad got a hat.
Parents are hilarious
