Yea I did that exact same calculation mid way through freshman year... and I've attended like 95% of class since. Even at my postbacc program at columbia I didn't skip ANY class. Actually - now that I'm paying more and more of the bill for school myself.. yea I doubt I'll be skipping classes. Well - maybe I'll skip class to study? 🙁

I don't even listen to the lectures anymore since we have super detailed note packets. That probably varies by school though. There were only like 2 profs all year where you had to listen to the lectures to get all the relevant material.

Haven't decided if I am going to take classes in the fall or not yet. I am technically done with pre-reqs after this Thursday (yay!) but I could always take some more math/try to bump the GPA a little in case this season doesn't go well.

My instinct is to work more this fall and worry about more classes in Spring.

Umm...I don't think you can improve your GPA by much, it's probably a good idea to clear some time for interviewing. If you get quite a few you you might be away pretty often and you might actually end up with worse grades! Those things take some time to prepare and can be exhausting at times too.

I saved mine all the way through grad school and it was really not worth it. Save everything electronic, toss everything paper; unless it is a 10+ page paper you wrote that you don't have an electronic copy of.
