If they always walk around naked you would get bored with it. They would at least have to wear underwear and a bra so that you would wonder what they have under there.
 
Alright, today was a productive day!
Got prescription for new contacts, because they stopped making the ones I've used for the last 4 years and loved 😡.
Then, went suit-shopping and bought my suit (charcoal), 2 shirts, 2 ties, shoes, and belt.
The day still has time left and I've done more than on Mon and Tues combined. :laugh:

Hey everybody. I'm hoping you all are in doing well this evening. I just want to respond to some stuff as quickly as I can before I have to go.

1. Holy crap the interview threads are hopping today! I hope it's all good news for peeps here!

2. dw, great idea on bringing up that old thread 👍 I would love to put some people up near U Rochester, but I have a wife, cats, and my company usually sucks. I've got a spare room, 2nd bathroom, and great entertainment system though! (and a tuba...and beer...)

3. Tomorrow and Friday are time points for some experiments my lab is running. Not going to be fun considering what this means.

It could be friday, I wasn't sure.

Yeah the umpires have been terrible this whole series. I was at the first two games, and when they announced the umpires before game 2 they got a lot of hearty boos from the crowd.

it comes out this friday!!! gonna go in the morning to buy it in all its glory and skip research haha :laugh:. Substance you need to get an interview somewhere i do lol. Its mandatory!!! or at least end up at creighton with me 😉

Yeah, it's Friday. You can buy it at Midnight though if you really can't wait.


I would do that if I didn't have to work the next day.


Speaking of atrocities (well, we weren't, but are now), I missed the UPS guy who had my XBOX... 🙁 I'm thinking about staying home from work tomorrow so that I can get it. 😀

All depending on my MCAT, Creighton might be the only other place I apply to outside of my state school... I could handle going to school in Omaha, but damn... OMAHA!? Whatever, it's med. ha ha.

UPS drives me nuts, I allways have to go pick my crap up because amazingly I'm often not home at 2pm on weekdays.

Yeah, man. It's so annoying. Plus, they won't let you sign those sticky sheets anymore... So frustrating.

haha yah omaha sigh...but still im excited...i love everything creighton has to offer, i just wish the location was different.

Hell yeah, man. Creighton is a great school and I would love to go there if I get in. But we'll definitely have to grab beers if I land an interview on the same date. What day is yours again?

oh its 9/4. but so far they seem the only school interested lol. I need to rock this just in case.
 
Unfortunately, my days of being on the computer all day are gone - at least for the next 3 days. I go back to work tomorrow for my last 3 days, after having 3 days off. I can't remember the last time I was a lazy bum for this long w/o working.
It's probably for the best, though. I'm probably doing irreparable damage to my tendons and eyes from spending so much time on the computer recently. :laugh:
 
I will still be chilling computer-side for the rest of the week. The important stuff I had to do the end of this week requires official ID crap that I left in a lock box in another state.:laugh: (I knew I forgot something when I moved).
 
i think im gonna get back to doin some hardcore research, banging out this papa, and getting back to the ER
 
I'm getting worried about the number of classes that I will have to miss due to interviews.🙁
 
Two of my interviews are so far on Thursday, which means I have to fly out Wednesday. But my Lab class is on Monday and Wednesday. I don't know what to do.

I never really went to classes, but when an interview overlapped a test I just told my prof and he let me take it later. I would hope they're as flexible with seniors at all colleges.

I don't have class on Tuesday and Thursday as of now, but I have a class that's TBA that will probably be then. I think I'm going try to hold off on scheduling anymore before I know when this class will be.

Well that sucks. I would hate to have a Tues or Thurs interview - that would mess up my entire week (unless it was at LSU :laugh:). This is why I scheduled only 1 class for Mondays and Fridays.
Now, if I could only snag one during my fall break, which is a Thursday and Friday. I could drive and actually make a trip out it, instead of fly in, interview, fly out.
