but my PI is a file review for penn and I can tell you that while you may get emails about invites, most academic centers will have gone home so decisions will probly not be made today (just think about working on this friday - feels like a saturday i just wanna go homeeeee)

I received an invite last night! 👍 It was timestamped for 10:45pm. That's pretty late, don't you think? I wonder if they just set up computers to send out the invite e-mails.

wow that is a wierd time! it seems like it must be automated because i cant really imagine a human caring enough about our apps to send us an email after 10pm lol

lol Exactly! But if there is a human actually send out those e-mails, I would personally thank them if I knew who they were. 🙂
 
Just got the invite from SUNY Upstate!

Finally heard something from somebody!

Woot.!.1.!

I'm one away from winning Bryce's jeep unless someone else gets to the 10 first...

I would really like a jeep, but I'll just take 1 acceptance first.

Yeah, at the top of one of the pages over the past few days Bryce clearly promised a jeep to the person who reaches the 10 interview mark first 🙄 (if it hasn't already happened).

It feels like this week has been kind of quiet. I don't mean for me, but overall.

I was expecting a lot of schools that had been quiet to start sending out interviews this week.

Me, too. But here I am now, with no news in what will be over 3 weeks by the time Tuesday comes around.

Alright, well must pack to leave for Seattle this afternoon/evening! Next post will be from the great Northwest! Longest trip ever to watch LSU hand out an SEC-style beatdown! :laugh:

I don't think it would hurt to contact them. Just give them a call and find out, because with your score improvement you definitely want to make sure that they are evaluating you off your new scores and not your old scores.

I emailed the schools I got 'complete' statuses from prior to the release of the new score... Basically they were all like "Yeah yeah...we know, we see 'em". But in a much nicer tone :laugh:

One less issue to worry about.

I finally got an interview from a UC!! i dont feel like a failure now yay lol. finally state school love 🙂

Edit: I haven't had any state school love yet either! I'm very grateful for the other interviews I have, but it's kind of weird that all the SUNY's seem to be passing right over me!

just got back from creighton interview today...flew from omaha to phoenix...now waiting to fly from phoenix to irvine. There s a storm i hope were not delayed@@

And my invite was from UC davis!
