I think everyone feels this way after it. I had the least amount of time left ever on the real thing for PS and VR. It freaked me out. I had never ever watched the time run out before. How were you doing on the AAMC tests?

that clock was annoying. if only we could hide it. the thing is i always have time to go back and check the q's that i marked. but this time no time left. i've been able to get 10+ on PS and BS but not VR. VR is always my weakest no matter how hard i try. that is why i rely on my ps and bs to pull me up. so when PS didn't go well i freaked out and lost everything!

I understand. PS was always my best section and I thought it went awful. Totally killed my confidence. But things worked out for me, and I'm sure they will for you, as well. 🙂

Wow. Only one day left?? My finals are a week away too. I have 3 or 4, a research presentation, and a project due. Also, I have two practicals, a test, and a project due this week... sigh.

And then another paper sometime in there.

Sorry you had a rough test. Try not to worry too much about it as you never know and can't change anything about it now.

Haha sorry. I shall probably be complaining about that tomorrow. Tonight is the end of the year party for the student org. I'm vice president of. It's the 2nd largest org. on campus (2nd to only student government) so it has consumed my life for the past 3 years. I'm sad that it's over, but totally stoked about not have that 30+ hour/week responsibility anymore. Every year, the incoming and outgoing Pres and VP have a flip cup battle. Last year, me and my pres trained for it. This year, we're winging it. But we'll dominate anyway. 😀 The problem is that I don't like beer, so I play with pretty potent mixed drinks. Should be interesting.
 
To apply to the Texas schools, you HAVE to go through the TMDSAS?
or is that just like an earlier application
and you can go through AMCAS also?

Math research... it involves lots of computer stuff. And it finally did what it was supposed to. Like last week, my professor realized that something he said was wrong, so it took awhile to figure out what was wrong. We forgot to change it in the thing I was working on today so it wasn't working, but we fixed the problem. And now it works. Stay tuned for a nifty graph that won't mean anything to anyone but me. 😀

In other news, all the computers went crazy after I got my graph to work, so I had to relocate to the library. But the math software I need to write one of my papers is not here. Darn.

FYI if you already have the previous (orange) MSAR, and are just worried that some specific stats have changed for schools, you can look at the beautiful spreadsheet that DataWhore made. It is on some other thread somewhere. It's convenient.

Is that the one you type your stats into and it gives you a general likelihood of your competitiveness?

Dude, I used the DataWhore MSAR, and it said UT Houston and UT San Antonio have 17% OOS interview rates. But others here told me that is not correct. Is DataWhore's MSAR Excel sheet correct?

But in all seriousness, I can't verify the stats. I have the old MSAR... It's kind of ironic, I've purchased all the MSAR's except for the one on the year I'm actually applying.😕 Sometimes my logic is so flawed.

Yeah. I wanted to know what I needed to do to get in. Then I would keep thinking I was going to apply that year and something would come up... Go figure.
