So today at the hospital, I got to take a patient history and stuff on a lady with a busted colostomy. Fun. I almost felt legit for a second there.

Feeling like crap, though... Whole body achey, congested, can't speak... 🙁

I'm scheduled to get the vaccine on tues! I just have to stay swine free for another couple days, then I'll be in the clear until it mutates 😱
 
Speaking of flu season. It's getting cold. What kind of jacket are we supposed to wear when its too cold for the suit jacket? Something like this?

I'm not sure what to make out of the Cowboys; they push the Broncos and Giants to the last minute, but need OT to beat the Chiefs?

I think the Cowboys would look a lot better if they made Choice their starter.

yea 2 of 17. now NFL QBs are the best an all, but you would think some non professionals can get do a bit better.

I think it's more for the connections, since you'll meet a lot of ppl from very established backgrounds or have very high talent/aspirations there.

Ha, I failed my AP Spanish exam too. There was this 15 minute listening test, and I got lost after like 5 seconds.

I really was amazed that our defense held them to 13 points. Geaux defense.

Also, apparently UF band (who I was in front of the entire halftime show) chanted "Tigerband sucks" as we marched on the field. That's just wrong. I'd maybe expect it from their fans. But their band needs to be a bit more classy than that.

Ha, UF's band sucks. All the good in-state talent goes to FSU or FAMU. They're basically fans who can play some music and march.

It is of the UTMOST importance for you to find someone who'll support your career goals. I remember volunteering at a hospital's Interventional Radiology department, and EVERY single doctor there 30 y/o and up was divorced. So I thought dang, it must be tough to have a family as a doctor. But then I shadowed this OBGYN, and he had a GREAT family. The key thing was that his wife was extremely supportive of him. She worked at his office as the manager, she educated their kids on why their father has to go to work when he gets paged during family dinner, and she takes him away on trips to relax. You need to find a guy who'll do that for you, if you want a serious relationship, that is.
