Hey now, Little Mermaid is classic - "Kiss the Girl," "Poor Unfortunate Souls," "Part of Your World," etc.

Besides, you're the one who said Toy Story and Toy Story 2... They don't even have a soundtrack at all! Well, not really anyway, not one sung by the characters.

👍👍👍👍👍 x infinity, raised to the infinity power.

I'm out to celebrate a friend getting into PA school today. Talk to you cats later.

Have fun 🙂

Jasmine has a tiger. She must be an LSU fan.

Nah, she must be a Trinity fan.

I will defend any male that likes animated Disney movies (esp from the 90s), because they're awesome.

I couldn't decide between Aladdin, Little Mermaid, and Lion King for best music, though. They all have their high points.

Also, I can't be alone in thinking that about TS2, right?

uhhh...

Wikipedia said:
Toy Story 2: An Original Walt Disney Records Soundtrack is the original soundtrack album to the 1999 Academy Award-nominated animated feature Toy Story 2, composed by Randy Newman. One song on the album, "When She Loved Me", was nominated for Best Original Song at the 1999 Academy Awards.

Looks like it.

i will defend pixar till the death.

Oh, I have nothing against Pixar. In fact, I love most of their movies - especially Ratatouille and Wall-E. However, Pixar just doesn't have the same magical touch as the old Disney movie classics have. 🙂

jasmine's hair is sooo thick. my hair's thick but her's is ridiculous, i wouldn't know how to tame it!😛

no idea what's been going on here, but lion king FTW. that is all.

now i must pack, as i am going home tomorrow after work! then harvard on thursday! then staying home with my parents and dog until sunday! life's good.

Sweet. I approve of your acceptance to Baylor 👍

So it has one song. Big deal. That movie was dumb.

i really really want a dog

i like the shape of her eyes

interesting. i don't think anyone has eyes that shape in real life but glad you like them🙂

german shepherd. i'm obsessed-- OBSESSED-- with her. like, i call my house to talk to the dog. i'm not even kidding.

haha don't worry i do the same thing! when i was away at school, i seriously missed my 2 dogs more than my actual family😛

So I've a wad of one dollar bills in my wallet and I've bookmarked Fat' Joes "Make It Rain" on my computer, so if get an acceptance I'm going to make it rain on dem hoes.

LOLOL

Wow, it IS entirely too easy to find out who you are. lol

Jasmine has a tiger. She must be an LSU fan.

Haha

beauty and the beast was terrible, imo

What is wrong with you!? BatB was amazing! The songs were at least amusing... I mean come on, Gaston?? "I use antlers for all of my decorating!" haha best line ever.

Yes, Lion King is awesome too. I wouldn't be able to definitively chose a favorite disney movie now, but Little Mermaid was my choice as a kid for various reasons, including her name. 🙂

i really really want a dog

i know i would LOVE to have a dog in med school but unfortunately it doesn't seem like it would be fair to the dog, especially during 3rd year when i'm expecting to practically live in the hospital

Nah, BatB is strictly second rate. Lion King, Aladdin are clearly tier one, Little Mermaid and Toy Story maybe tier one point five, and then it gets fuzzy.

That's why my pets are awesome. Snake = basically no maintence, Tortoise = only daily feedings and making sure to turn his lamps on and off.

Cats don't need much work, either.

Oh come on! Well, what about the Jungle Book (another of my favs.)

It would be tough to have a dog during medical school. My dog Biscuit will be moving home with my parents once medical school begins.

My guilty pleasure animated movie = Fern Gully: The Last Rainforest. I loved the bat

i need to buy my brother a bday gift. i think he is turning 14.

im thinking of either getting him a dog, xbox360, or a 40 inch lcd tv

and just keeping it for myself cuz its the thought that really counts

I've never even heard of that? Which isn't shocking because I definitely stopped watching Disney movies (if this is a disney movie) after Hercules...

hahaha nice; until the last line I was gonna say you're probably not thinking of your bro haha

coming from a fan of the most bland team in the nba. the further the spurs get in the playoffs, the more the tv ratings decrease. god forbid they make it to the finals. 😛

TS2 > Aladdin > tLM

That's different. For the Spurs, it's not about entertainment, it's about winning. I don't care if nobody watches them, as long as they get the bling 😀 Movies, it's ALL about entertainment. And I was not that entertained.

Also, if you told me in an interview that TS2 was on the level of Aladdin and better than tLM... I would reject you on the spot. I'd probably throw things at you too until you left.

Oh come on! Well, what about the Jungle Book (another of my favs.)

Oooh... I'd forgotten about that one. Definitely underrated. It's been forever since I've seen it, I'd have to see it again before I could place it amongst those other classics. My initial thought is that it's not quite on the level of those other 4, but I'm not sure.

Really?? When I think of Disney classics, it's one of the movies that pops into my head. Also, not so popular movie, but I loved it: Robin Hood! Every time I hear the "The Hampster Dance" song. This was my FAVORITE movie intro!

As far as underrated Disney movies go, I vote for Sleeping Beauty.

Malificent was bad-ass. Best Disney villain by far. The dragon at the end was epic.

Oooo, I love that movie. But the ending always scared me when I was a kid.

You've never heard of Fern Gully?? Oh my gosh, anytime we had a movie day at school in primary school, they always played this movie.

You must be a Phil Collins fan.

Hercules is very underrated, IMO.

I like Phil Collins, yeah.

Robin Hood is a good one too.

I'm also a fan of The Sword in the Stone.

Ha. It's not a "Disney" movie...hence why it's my guilty pleasure! lol
And I do believe it was pre-Hercules

Yes, yes, yes. Batty was Robin Williams, I believe. /conversation

Yes! Robin Williams was my favorite "actor" during my childhood - the Genie, Batty, Peter Pan in "Hook" (also my movie!!!), Mrs. Doubtfire, Jumanji(?). Man, I miss the 90s!!!
