Anyone else think that Avatar movie is going to be stupid and cliched (as already discussed in this thread, I know)? It just looks like a played out subject and storyline.

i'm waiting eagerly for ninja assassins, man i wanna be a ninja. i kinda have the reflexes. this once i was at a sushi restaurant and when the waitress was delivering the soup to me, she accidentally dropped the cup. it fell like from about 2 feet in the air above my table, which i was sitting like a foot away from, but i popped back so fast that not a drop got onto me. i could see the waitress was very impressed, and i told her i was a lab tech in day and a ninja at night. i think a small, small part of her believed me.
 
I just played basketball for the first time in like 2 months.

My fantasy line:
14 points by 1's and 2's (translates to around 24), ~7 boards, maybe 1 assist, and no turnovers. But I got swatted twice. Gotta remember to pump fake.
 
See you too! I'm still nervous though. lol I heard it's a group one with lots of ethical and healthcare questions. That just kinda irks me.

Mine wasn't bad. They asked me all the regulars. They asked me a question about healthcare. Then they had one ethical question that was actually really easy. Maybe they treat out of staters differently, or maybe it depends on the panel you get. My panel was generally pretty friendly.

between the amazing pumpkin pie i had a work, the yankees, and mt. sinai, yesterday was easily the best day i've ever had 😀

and for the record, I agree that People of Walmart is hilarious and that my friend had a submission on texts from last night:

"Drunk bought a snuggie last night... not ok." hahaha
 
watching Home Improvement while procrastinating and anxiously waiting for my app to be reviewed a second time at places that passed it over (my two top choices) 😉

I love the feeling when you realize that. It happened to me like 4 years ago, and it was only like 8:00 pm. Then even more amazing stuff happened later.

I have my "if the cycle ended today" where I'd be going decided but not knowing for sure in general.

oi. well, I suppose its good practice. I date an attending now and even though we work at the *same* hospital its very much like having a long distance relationship. 🙁
