lol you didnt really answer the question there. The point being you know that for the rest of your life you know you'll never meet anyone as perfect a match for you than them... but if you never met them, you wouldn't know. the whole 'ignorance is bliss' thing

i feel like i have felt that way, but i'm a highly reasonable guy and i attempt to not get attached to my emotions. with that said, still the 2 years thing. ignorance is bliss is true but i think that 2 year thing would be a better experience in life, at least for me
 
I'd do the 2 years also. I think it's foolish to pass up an opportunity like that.

It's really all school-dependent. A few 2013ers got invites as late as March last year, and other schools had sent all their rejection letters by then. So it's just hard to say. Last years application threads might be helpful to you if you're looking for a specific school.

and btw, im pretty cool with classy in real life and i know his mom. he's actually in that situation and he was curious what people on SDN woulud say. now he might have exaggerated things here and there but his mom is really religious and kinda opposes medicine, so he def wasn't trolling. 🙂
