hahah yes...except I'm a girl so i guess it would be "the hot guy" and I always end up next to the "mom-type" woman who just wants to talk to me the entire time. This most recent flight from LA --> NJ there was the most obnoxious kid behind me who immediately started kicked my seat as soon as he sat down. So I turned around and gave his mom the dirtiest look ever (mainly cuz I was exhausted and cranky from waking up at 3am for my flight). She looks at me and goes, "sorry, he'll probably be active until we take off".....

I think so? I passed out as soon as we took off, so I stopped noticing him. That is until he started shrieking at the top of his lungs. I had my iPod turned almost all the way up and still could hear it. Oh, and someone puked on the jetway as they were boarding. This flight was just all around FAIL.

This was me from Dallas to Richmond. I was just trying to read my damn book and she mentioned that her daugther was a nurse at MCV and then on and on and on...

I was interested for the first 2 minutes when she was talking about Richmond, but after that it just got ridiculous. My book was extremely interesting and she almost killed it for me.

I only had one mom-type on a flight when I was interviewing, but she was actually a non-trad on the interview trail and were coming back from interviewing at the same school, so we had quite a bit of stuff to talk about on the flight. And it was on my flight to Baylor (I had back-to-back interviews), so maybe she was a good luck charm 🙂

👍 They're usually pretty accommodating about those kinds of things cuz they want you to come back. They just figure a certain number of people will be too "polite" to bother complaining, so they can get some money that way.

Jamarcus for sure. He's been benched he sucks so bad. Others are at least starting.

Jamarcus. Hands down. At least the others can make SOME good plays even if they make more than enough boneheaded ones to make up for it, Jamarcus is just completely inept.

I've always loved Jake and said he should have started for the Saints over Aaron Brooks. He's past his prime and should be a backup now.

I don't know. It would be a really hard decision but the difference is obvious - money, money, money.

I would go back to Richmond to visit again, because even if I like it more than LSU, the question is do I like it enough to justify the $$$ difference.
 
Who's excited for the week after Thanksgiving?

You know, that week where professors who are bitter about missing a few days of class shove endless amounts of material down our throats (at least ime)?

I actually am going to miss all this week for interviews, which will make catching up once I get back (right before finals) that much more fun, to be honest...

I just bought Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. I bought it used, so I need to beat it before like January 1st to take it back for full store credit. This is when you know you're accepted.

Oh yea, I know what you're talking about, but I did get a couple hot chicks. Once, she went to an empty row to sleep 🙁 Another time I chatted with this hot girl up the whole flight, turns out she got her MPH at Hopkins and is now traveling the world as a DJ. Pretty sweet life.

oh yea man, i'm jealous! she's half Thai, half Mexican, can speak like a billion languages, learned DJing from a friend at Hopkins, then just started doing gigs getting bigger and bigger. dude, not too late to switch. after you get your MD, go travel the world for 10 years and do whatever the fudge you like.
