i cant hear that anymore....i keep thinking of the all american rejects song that goes something like, "when i see your face, hope it gives you hell"
then later in the track--a choir of frat boys comes in to chant the lyrics?!? what is that about...

As always depends on the rest of your app, if you really feel you could do better/ can stand studying another 2-3 months for mcat, and also where you want to go to school...but personally no I wouldnt (unless you were scoring much higher on practice tests and really feel you could do far better realistically). If your goal is like some neurotic pre meds where if you dont end up at a top 10 school (harvard, columbia, hopkins) you will kill youself...then you will have to retake, columbia and the likes wont take you with those mcats. But if you dont care as long as you end up in med school somewhere, I would just let your good gpa, and ideally great ECs and other application parts make up for the lack of mcat.

It would depend on where you lived, EC, and what schools you would settle for. If you live anywhere besides california, have a decent amount of research and volunteering, I would keep your score and apply as early as possible--June 1st. Your scores are well-rounded and your stats have a favorable 74-85% acceptance rate. 👍 This does not mean that you specifically have that high of a chance, but that the majority of applicants with your GPA and MCAT combination have been successful. It takes more than just your numbers. The application cycle will require you to have a great PS, LOR, and interview.

I would, but that's because that just won't go with what I think I'm capable of and what schools I'd like to go to. Really depends on what the rest of your application is like, though...
