the most awkward part of one of my LORs was that the professor had agreed to it..but then when I emailed them 2 times..they never responded..

and they have written me an LOR before..

so I just decided to not write that third awkward email since 7 of the other LORs had come in..

Yeah, I have emailed one of mine 2x as well, with no responses. But i told her it was due July 10th, so I'm not trying to rush her, I'm just trying to keep her on track.

The first one had the dates and the interfolio email update, then another with an updated CV, now I'm probably going to email her tomorrow with my PS saying that it might help her understand my interest in medicine. It's just weird that she hasn't responded to any of them. At least an, "Ok, sounds good," or anything along those lines.

I'm probably going to pop into her office in a couple weeks if I still haven't heard anything... Sigh...


But damn, 7 LOR's! Why do you need so many?

So, today was officially not a great day... I guess the girl I was pseudo-dating turned into a booty call... It's weird, I feel like I should be happy about it, but I'm not...

i know it... cant count how many times i started getting interested in a girl, thinking hmm she seems like a smart, laid back, decent person. then you do some research on facebook and see pics of her in lingerie outside with 2 guys each grabbing a boob

Ha ha. Yeah, it wasn't quite like that, but I can gather that wouldn't be a great experience. Definitely worse than her turning on your TV.

I try not to look at fb for the girls I'm interested in. Either that happens, or you see them with their ex. Neither of which I'm interested in seeing.
