alright, i'll bite. here i am at denny's at 12:05 am after HP7 came out. note my orange wristband which means i went to borders at like 10 am to get into the first group and be first in line!

i will edit out this picture shortly due to cleavage.

Awesome! I like took an hour nap in the span of reading the entire book. It was too awesome to stop for long.
 
one of my friends finished book 7 around 6:30 AM. freakin nuts. we all went to my living room to read together, haha
 
i always have to read them twice. the first time is a blur because im so tired but i cant stop. then i get some sleep and re-read slowly over the course of 2-3 days. tasty.

Oh I wouldn't be able to do that. People's reactions would freak me out and make me really anxious to get the that one part.

One of my friends texted me just a page number and said "finally". Then when I got to Ron and Hermione's kiss, I looked at the page number and lo and behold, that was what it meant. 🙂

Morning everyone. I don't feel like being in lab this morning, but someone's gotta do the work to graduate. Anyway, it's going to be a long day.

ok, that legitimately made me laugh. but i guess i can't laugh too hard, because my housemate is dragging me to the 12am opening on tuesday.

Yeah, I'm paid, but not much and definitely not by the hour. Grad student stipends are pretty low. Although, I've heard us biomed engineers make more than say mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.

aw thank you . . . what a fitting tribute to his memory, as i'm sure he's long dead by now ( i took that picture in like, 2004 or 2005)

he looks like quite the jovial fella!

i have taken similar pictures of squirrels, though mine are typically more deformed and thus not as cute (i.e. mange squirrel with bald spots 🙁)

but nevertheless amusing 🙄
