They aren't really social threads; there's a subforum called "Allopathic Class Threads" where people who have been accepted can come in and talk about the school and stuff they have to do to get ready for school to start. That would suck. New Orleans is so much better. And not speaking from a homer perspective, because technically I'm not even really from NOLA.

Oh cmon, admit it, that was easily one of the top 10 moments of last season!

I heard it had better facilities, but I would think you'd see a bigger variety of patients and cases at NO.

Either way, they're both FAR better than Tulane - and cheaper.

40 minutes is definitely cutting it close... I mean, best case scenario, you get a streamlined day with very little layover, aka more time for sleep. But it's super easy for a plane to get 40 minutes behind over the course of a day, obviously with potentially disastrous consequences. I probably wouldn't, but that's just me.
