alright, its about 2 plastic surgeons in Miami. They both went to undergrad together and the same med school and everything (UMiami). They share a private practice. All the hottest women come in.
One of the doctors, Sean, is married with 2 kids. Other one, Christian, is a playboy pretty much.
Some family background: Sean's wife Julia actually had an affair with Christian before her wedding. Matt, their oldest son, is actually Christian's (they find out later in the season). Christian starts dating this crazy porn star. but when Sean finds out about his wife cheating on him, he hooks up w/ Christians gf. Later on, this adult film star hooks up with their son, Matt. Matt later on gets in a really tight relationship with a transexual and when he finds out he gets really mad and commits some crazy hate crimes against transgendered people. He later on converts to scientology with that porn star girl and they have a kid. But they break up and she goes to this pimp film maker guy but she eventually gets replaced with this younger girl.
well anyway, sean and julia break up cuz she had another affair and he has affairs. they have a son that is born with attached fingers. sean starts dating that younger adult film star. julia gets really jealous. so the girl uses mercury poison to cripple julia, but when julia finds out she get scared and shoots julia in the head. well turns out, julia didn't die. she wakes up from a coma and she turns into a lesbian.
some of the plot lines: they help a drug lord smuggle coke by putting drugs inside women's bodies. they help a crime ring steal organs and selling them on the black market. they fight a serial rapist, who turns out to be the 3rd plastic surgeon on their team, but he doesnt have any sexual organs and the detective is actually his sister that he's having a relationship with. they move to LA. they make a show about plastic surgeons. sean gets stabbed in the back and almost dies, but pretends to be cripped so he can get laid.
what else, oh christian finds out that he has terminal cancer, so he marries a lesbian anesthesiologist. he has a black baby. but when he finds out that he actually doesnt have cancer he leaves her.
but they are now in an economic recession. so they hired mario lopez, a younger plastic surgeon, to attract greater clients.
thats about half of whats been going on. its basically a dark comedy. good stuff
