Just a sinus infection, but apparently I randomly also got secondary temporary asthma, which I didn't know could happen. But yeah, generally apparently 1-3 am is always the worst time for asthmatics, which I have learned the hard way these last couple of weeks 👎

I was referring to the doctor Spurs was mentioning a while ago. I actually haven't seen a doctor yet because everyone and their mother is sick at LSU right now and I can't go to the health center.

I'll probably hit up an after hours place tomorrow just to make sure I don't have bronchitis or pneumonia. That would suck.

But paper's done, so all is kind of right with the world as of now. :laugh:

seriously. this happens at least once a week. usually it's one of my clients. and it's never "are you latina" it's always "are you puerto rican." i do not understand-- i couldn't look more jewish if i tried.
 
there was this Latino girl who I always thought was Jewish even though her last name was like Rodriguez or something

maybe there's some genetic spillage

My day today is so stupid. Spanish composition next and Micro paper prestentation later, both on top of writing 2 papers for today. Lame.

Any news on the med school front? Noon on Thursday is generally when I give up for the week.

That's how I feel too. All communication that I've received from medical schools regarding invites, rejections, and holds have all been Monday through Wednesday.

yea i liked seasons 1-3 a lot. the season before this wasn't all that good but explaining the plot of the show to someone else is my favorite part

I'll be probably be trying to figure out what to do with this crap soon following my likely Vandy waitlist.

Decisions. I mean, why send an interest/update letter if I'm just interested and didn't do anything important this semester while not even getting a 4.0?

Minus decisions, I haven't heard from a school since September 17th. Sigh. It hard to keep hoping to hear something from the 4 that are so nicely ignoring me.

I might wait until the holiday time. Problem is, since I'm waiting for Baylor, it's just too hard to tell with them. It would be a lot easier if there were rounds of decisions given out.

I don't want to commit to either one with a LOIntent if I have no idea where I stand with the other. That's why I'm waiting until I have some decision from one or the other, most likely a Vandy waitlist.

I just sent an LOInterest that just pointed out all of the ways I thought Baylor and I would fit with each other that stopped just short of committing myself; I think even that helps. If you want to send another letter later as a LOIntent, I don't see why that wouldn't be fine.
 
Sorry to leave you all hanging. It was a letter of strong strong interest. The difference between "a top choice" and "my top choice". There's only one school I'd rather go to and I haven't gotten an interview yet. Also, someone who got admitted last year off the WL at Pitt told me to send one ASAP after being WLed, so I did lol

I am bored out of my mind. I want some significant activity in my inbox...
I did just send a letter of interest to a certain school, basically asking for an interview. I figured that at this point, I have nothing to lose. What? Are they going to get mad at me for showing too much interest in their institution? Nah, doubt it.:xf:
