I never used google voice until the car shop when I didn't have phone service at work(it's intermittent) but I got the transcript email and I knew to call them asap. So that's really what I like it for.
Ps my baby Honda is all better!!! 🙂

gotta go back and comment here. when i was at one of the UC schools, tuition was about 3K (and that wasnt too long ago). the super cheap price along with the amazing education opportunities made the UC system a model for state school systems...so when people are rioting, i think its mainly because the state govt has moved in a direction that invests vastly less in its prized asset, and in a span of about 5 years tuition has increased about 200%.

and finally, they just need to close one of the UC's and get it over with...no need for 10 of them. (sorry if you go to merced! 😛)

I mean, I think it's less a matter of them moving in a direction that invests less in a prized asset and more a matter of them just not having as much money as they used to. They're having to make budget cuts across the board.

this is also true...but there has been a sustained de-funding of the UC's over the past several years, and the governator has played a pretty big role in this respect. but overall you are right, stupid state government, from the governor to the legislature.

...and no, not in my opinion. 2 guys who will most likely have up years vs. two relatively stagnant guys. It's not an insulting trade offer by any means; I just think you're better off with Odom + Beasley

Just got back from dinner with the rents. I wore a purple dress and gold shoes to match my new pretty class ring (that I've decided is too big and I need to get resized 🙁) I had duck egg rolls, orange-glazed scallops, and godiva white chocolate bread pudding. Oh and lemon drop martinis. Yum!!!

i never even got my class ring @_@.
