So I got called intense today for doing the number of things I do....clearly that person has never met any of you! How do you guys sleep?!:laugh:

It's a very exclusive club that requires you to audition and pass a series of tests. I don't think I'm doing very well.🙁 That was also my first time using a smilie.

i just had such a deep, thought-changing discussion about this process with my roommate.

this thing has been a roller coaster of emotions.

hey guys, we can carry on one suitcase only for airplane right?

I'm not checking my baggage for the first time, so just curious about this.
 
hmm, because I usually stuffed my suit in my checked baggage.

It is for the Turkey Day potluck and it is delicious...at least I think so.



Oh and I haven't checked my bag yet-I even managed to talk them into hanging my garment bag in the special area that I think is reserved for business class....they couldn't resist my "I am concerned and need your help" face 😛

I usually bring a carry-on luggage and a garment bag. Never had to check my bags.

Checking bags is for losers. I don't know if I'll be able to survive in Philly without packing large warm clothes though. I may need to check bags for that trip.

Interview at Penn finally?!? Congrats!!
 
I don't want to check this time, because I'm afraid it might get lost or something. I have to switch planes, and it's just 1 hour to do that. Image if the bag is lost, and I don't have suit or anything at the interview.

Had a friend that happened to. He did his interview in street clothes.
 
That's the good thing about early interviews- no need for jackets. I could see maybe checking bags for a cold place, though. That would be excusable.

I was lucky to get away with only bringing a small jacket to Richmond this weekend.
 
you can totally get away in philly with one long woolen overcoat. that should be the standard, imo. with that you have everything covered and theres no need for an oversized jacket

that woolen coat will fit in your suit bag.



i have officially retired my suit. my last interview (im withdrawing from others probably) will be a suit-free one!!! i'll need my formal wool coat tho
 
you'll like penn, its a brolic medical campus. students are eghhhhhhhhhh to douchebaggish and downright unattractive. but faculty is phenomenal
 
nyc was pretty epic. my only problem was hours of wasted time in the morning... we would be out till 4 or 5 am, and i would be up at 9:30 bc of my crazy biological clock. Everyone else passed out till atleast 1230... I wish I coulda gotten to do more sight seeing and less getting crunk... but apparently NYU felt my presence bc they invited back the city as soon as I got home lol
