my life is wayyy too boring. i saw my parents go into medicine (starting from med school). its a pretty mundane life - you worry about education loans, you then worry about mortgage, then you worry about budgeting for your first kid, then you learn to plan ahead to have another kid so it doesn't affect your training/appointment, then you try to make something out of research to feel relevant and constantly battle mid life crisis. i want to be like christian

we have the block party which is notorious for notoriousness and drunkies doing crazy things....at least they don't have to go far to a hospital if they need it...it is across the road (but I guess you gotta make it across first):laugh:

i have this british post doc girl in my lab and that girl doesn't stop talking and shes totally like england is better and ****. thinking about unscrewing one of the legs of her chair
 
i am totally uncomfortable reading other people's personal statements. sometimes they are wayyyy to personal. which isn't a bad thing, but sometimes its awkward. most of them are about their grandparents dying though

Halloween in San Antonio is usually still shorts weather (highs usually in the 70s, lows in the low 60s, MAYBE high 50s), so it's not so bad, especially when you're smashed and can't really notice if it's hot or cold.

So I hear.

I didn't talk about mine dying (I agree....really personal) but I did mention her condition because it involves something that I feel needs to change in current practice of medicine.
 
Yeah... Its a prospect... But I don't do the dating game, so idk. I was just being nice for right now haha

But in reality, we're lame pre-med and med school students who would rather stay in Friday night and post on SDN. Because it's so much more fun than going out, obviously.

none. i know anthony parker and reggie miller say that their sisters (candace and cheryl) are better than them but they aren't. they say that WNBA players are better than college male bball players but they aren't either.

there is just a huge physical difference. i'm sure skill wise they could hold, but basketball is wayyyy more than that
 
also, can you peeps let the class of 2015 thread die? we are the only reason that its still on the front page. theres like 2 of them compared to 30 of us. there are 2014ers on that thread that aren't even posting on this thread anymore. whats the deal. younger chicks?

Well
1. I was at my friend's apt, so my roommate are already out.
2. I could go to where my roommate is but it's snowing/icing. So it's unsafe to drive right now.
3. I'm supposed to go to a party with a friend, but she has yet to tell me when she wants to go, and I'm pretty not happy about that.
4. Finals next week.

i was the only one awake (i was driving). i fell asleep back on the drive back though. swerving all over the place.
 
Hahaha sounds like the epic fail my friends experienced.... Drove from columbus to cedar point (2 hrs)... Turns out the park got shut down due to rain... So they went to arby's and came back home.

we were looking for a diner, so we might have failed even more so. considering that jersey has the most diners per capita
 
we actually ended up eating at the spot that we started at in jersey. saw the white house from the sideview mirrors though
