I can do whatever - the only limiting factor is what it can take. it's KILLING right now, so I definitely think I need to tone down the running a bit. Which is sort of a shame since I didn't improve that much.Maybe elliptical would work for you. I remember you said you had a surgery for your ankle...you may have been d-r-u-n-k-o at the time of this convo.
Maybe you can talk to your doc about what kind of movement would minimize the pain?
As for the weight....remember the rule!!!
But seriously, after 2 weeks shouldn't my weight have done something? I haven't been eating that poorly.
