And I just found this. The end is closer than I thought.
States are looking at going to 4 day school weeks to save $$$.

Not that I think quantity=quality. But seeing as the third world is already pwning us in math I don't think we can afford less school.

Maybe they can cut out movie days, I remember alot of those in k-12.

i wish we could work four 10-hour days and then have a 3 day weekend every time.

i'd imagine parents wouldn't like this. what to do with the rugrat that one day you work and kid doesn't have school??

My Dad's work offers the option to work 4 10-hour days. I don't think anyone in his department does it since they work quite a bit over 40hrs/wk, but it's pretty cool for the people it does apply to.

hey hey how's it going guys? im skipping a lot of pages someone plz update me ^^

i did read this page though, HAPPY BIRTHDAYYYY YODAAAA

Don't take them to NY. A ninja fraternity band of babies will probably be conspicuous in most parts of BK. Well, maybe not park slope.

yeah you gotta pick a really low key place. some sleeper town in the middle of nowhere. that way when the story breaks on nightline, it will have a fantastic catch line. (mhmmhm hmhmh *clearing throat**, cue deep announcer voice) "idyllic farm town home of kiddie ninjas: there's more than cows in the barn."

btw, the "go to med school if the healthcare bill passes" thread is ridic. exploded since yesterday. and most of it is poo slinging.

well, idk, we like to practice our steps in central park at dawn. sometimes we disguise ourselves and rehearse at subway stations also, (saturdays at union square)

That makes sense. I mean, bin Laden is probably hiding in union square as we speak going unnoticed.

do you blend in with the tai chi groups in the dawn hours? they are always out in force in my local parks.

i thought ninjas were already disguised :ninja:. so you undisguise - dress normal and all that?

Hide in plain sight! Sneaky. He's probably sitting next to you right now.

i never appreciated break dancers in new york city. they seem to pop up on streets, subway stations, and sometimes even dancing all over the train itself - they were everywhere. now that i don't live in ny anymore, i kinda miss them, i could use some break dancing once or twice a week

The mythical healthcare reform thread that does not turn into poo slinging does not exist. It's fictional. Much like Santa, the Easter Bunny, and fair compensation for minorities in the work place.

I feel the same way. And also a lot of the time many of them were just plain garbage. Like, you cant really expect me to throw you a couple of bucks just because you were willing to come make a fool of yourself at grand central.

But I miss the bad ones too...

Damn. Tough crowd. But I suppose there's a reason they say if you can make it there you can make it anywhere...

tru dat.

🙁🙁

I don't want to pick between Hopkins and WashU right now!! 🙁

I guess I should go to the WashU second look, because I have a really good friend at Hopkins who I could convince to give me a mini-second look. And, well, I don't think I'd be able to convince my ex at WashU to do the same.

im pretty sure you could convince him

Haha, dude hasn't spoken to me in almost 2 years. Because he's a douche and was a bit immature at the time it all went down. He even called my best friend to tell her that he wasn't talking to me ever again.

Edit: I take that back. He did respond to a facebook message about when my WashU interview was, so that he could conveniently avoid me that day. But we're still not friends on facebook since he defriended me.

Brook, sometimes you're sketch. But that's okay.

I'm planning my revisit too. Is anyone bringing a significant other to a revisit/second look? I feel like s.o.'s should have a say in location if they're moving with you, no? especially for 7-8 years (though only 4 for many of you, still it's a good chunk of time)

sounds like a keeper, i can't imagine why you'd ever let him go

👎 That sucks and is terribly immature. You should consider jump kicking him in the face.

yea i think there are a lot of people that will bring their fiance/spouse/so to second visits, esp for mstp. everyone is like married in those programs

I'm thinking about it, but leaning towards no right now because I'm angry at my fiance and want to push him off a bridge. But I might.

you should bring them. they cant go to all your events, but they can look around the city while you're busy. look at housing, schools, shopping, lifestyle.

at one of my mstp interviews, these 2 couples (i think they were engaged maybe?) from the same school held hands the entire 3 days and just hung out by themselves. it was kinda weird but they were from a school in boston, well not in boston but near boston, not tufts

:hello:

Good afternoon, 2014.

I just saw a guy in the apartment across the parking lot open the door while yelling part of Bad Romance, see me, then close it. 😆

i want your ugly
i want your disease
i want your everything
as long as its free
i want your love

Well. He stopped talking to me the day he found out that a drunkenly made out with his brother. BUT, we had been broken up for like 4 months then, and he broke up with me! Yeah, I can't justify what I did, but it's all in the past.

:laugh::laugh::laugh: you crushed his life

its a 30 rock reference lol

yea but people from harvard never say they went to harvard though

in fact i asked one of them where they went to school

they say i went to school in boston, and i kinda left it at that

i asked another kid and he said the same thing

My mom is a similarly obnoxious harvardite who says she went to school in boston. 🙄 Definitely going to start pretending like she went to tufts to see if I can piss her off
