I missed all the match stuff because I was asleep (I was sick this morning) and the basketball because I was in class. 🙁

Today sucks spherical objects.

Murray State has 12 seconds to win.

HAHAHA yeah man. WL buddies for life. Dude my UF interview is tomorrow haha...I think this will have a great impact on my performance.
 
I hope my school doesn't get trounced by Pitt. It'd be awesome to pull a Murray Statesque victory.

Ha yea, go rock that too. i just got an official rejection from them a few days ago, i'd almost forgot about them, haha. i never sent them any updates this year, since i started bumming it up after my FIU acceptance :laugh:

But we were so bad that I knew what was going to happen, making any loss an assumption. Wins were surprising.

I am so glad Baylor and Nova won - that would have killed from the start.

Stoney, I'm glad Vandy lost as well - they deserve it after waitlisting us. 👍
 
OUWBSM is not playing around. They just hired a prof that taught @ Duke Medical School and University of Wisconsin Medical School. Nice. I like how they are bringing people from the inside, but also are outsourcing faculty.
 
They also are going to be giving medical students scholarships for choosing a research project as their capstone project... interesting.

And their busting their butts to try to get a million dollar digital microscope for something (I was at the meeting, but I only went for the free Jimmy John's and didn't listen to a thing the lady stated).

I signed up for facebook last week and finally accepted my first friend this week. he promptly started talking shiz on my wall for not having any friends. i deactivated my account today. just not into it. :shrug:


in other sports news, ncaa semi finals in womens hockey this weekend:

cornell at mercyhusrt
duluth at minnesota

go big red! :woot:

Aww. You have friends, just not virtually. Well, you have us!!! And I'm sure the peeps at the hospital must be your friends too.
 
There are a lot of "I don't know what to do" threads today.

It seems that everybody with the same question - money, which school, what are my chances, I got arrested, etc... - chooses to start similar threads on the same day.

You heard about the experiments they did right?

Gave a can of beer to 100 people everyday for a week. 2/100 became alcoholics.

Gave marijuana to 100 people everyday for a week. 7/100 became addicted potheads.

Gave crystal meth to 100 people once a week for a month and 94 of them became addicted.
 
coaches have been making a push for 96 teams in the tournament to pad their resumes and job security improvement. after today, i can see why. love the tourney as is but you are gonna see all these mid major coaches take over jobs at bigger programs soon

WRONG 👎.

On a strict neuropharmacology basis, THC's do less damage then alcohol. Maybe if you said meth is a tad bit worse than alcohol I could agree. But the research shows marijuana is only detrimental prepuberty. The LD is higher then alcohol, and tylenol for that matter. Just commonly accepted by neuropharmacologists that maryjane is pretty harmless.
