allow me to explain fantasy sports in words you'd understand: it's basically dungeons and dragons for people who used to beat up on kids who play dungeons and dragons.

P.S. Hi everyone!!

Double P.S. Superior Ambulance Service hired a straight up boss today. I even get Aflac for when I'm hurt and have to miss work, Blue Cross Blue Shield benefits, and life insurance. It's pretty tight pay too for being in the state of michigan. And the Uniform is oh so sexy. Apparently I interviewed really well according to the manager and she sent me to their associated clinic where I had a physical, drug test, and a strength test (carrying 150 lbs up 3 flights of stairs backwards and forwards). I didn't get any studying done today, but it was a hell of a day.

Thanks man. The only reason I'm really pumped about it was because I was so down after having taken the EMT-B course and having not found a job in 4 months ya know? I was scared that it was going to be a waste, but now I know I will have a solid year of being an EMT under my belt and I'll get some cash in the process. Pay is solid, $9 an hour + $5 per patient if you are good at documenting and get 100% billable.

I need all the ECs I can get.

Man, it's so good to know you worked hard for something and you were able to get it even if it's at a way smaller level than med-school, it just gives me hope that all of this will be worth something one day.

nobody says we can't get smashed and be ridiculous together (and this past weekend is proof that we DO!)...we just can't wear letters while we do it lol

That's awesome then. Although I must admit from what I have seen at campuses other than mine (Frats get a horrible rep at Oakland), wearing the letters and the pins really helps with the ladies. There's all these games and what-not, but that is another story in and of itself.

It's awesome though that your part of an organization that looks good, but still allows you to have fun.
