AAAAAAAAAAHhh another person got a phone call from their interviewer. Thats what I hate about BU's admi process. Its up to the interviewer when to call IF they want to call. My guy was not the phone call type. I may have to wait for snail mail....

i've been really jumpy lately checking emails too. i was fine during the winter months since i wasn't expecting to hear anything, but now that there's even a chance of getting accepted off a waitlist i'm all nervous again. especially gtown since ms. sullivan said dr. lauerman will be accepting some people off the cap in the next couple weeks!

Yeah - It's a suspenseful time of year... late decisions + WL movement time approaching. Dean from Jeff emailed me monday and said I will hopefully be discussed tomorrow. Mentally blocking it out for tonight though.. lotta work to do before easter break.

Apparently penn's sending out merit scholarship stuff this week or next week - that'll keep me on the edge of my seat too.

Ugh; you'd think things would be smooth sailing after getting in no? but they still find ways to yank your chain :laugh:

I'm so terrified that UMich is not going to give me enough to make it worth it. I'm supposed to hear from them Thursday afternoon, so I'm getting really nervous. :scared: What am I supposed to do if it ends up twice as expensive as my state school??

It's a weird feeling... but it gets old pretty quick. Fortunately you are going back to school - in the corporate world, your brain just turns to mush slowly (ugh).

It's best to celebrate graduation by running off to europe imo 🙂

Of course they know. I had to tell them how much my parents are worth via NeedAccess. I knew it was gonna be bad. I was at least expecting that they'd offer me enough loans to cover the CoA. But they didn't.

tried to find paperwork i need to fill out to let the lenders of my loans know that im still a fulltime student after i graduate....have been unsuccessful 🙁
 
I really, honestly thought that once I was accepted to my top choices, all my worries would be over and I could relax in bliss until med school started.

Oh, how naive I was... :laugh:
 
First post in almost 24 hours. Who knew I could be productive on my computer and not be tempted by SDN?

I can't wait till I'm driving my own porsche, sitting next to my trophy wife, while towing jetskis to my lake house. I love the field of $$$$$$$$$$ (medicine).
