I'd drop his ass if you have ANY (and I mean ANY) concerns about your E score. He'll commit a ton this year if they don't move him.

Short story on Alexei:
-natural SS
-came in two years ago as 2B, hit the cover off the ball and was AWESOME defensively
-last year, they move Alexei to SS, Alexei commits a crapload of Es
-this year, they move Beckham (natural SS) to 2B and keep Alexei at SS 😕

What I've been preaching for the last two years is to move Gordon to his natural position (SS) instead of making a rookie learn ANOTHER position and to put Alexei back at the position he was most successful in. Ozzie, though entertaining, ticks me off to no end sometimes. 😡

nah, it takes 5 minutes to really appreciate it but its like heaven. i thought i was dreaming about sleeping that good. like... it was amazing. i dont even sleep that much or enjoy sleeping that much but i was like wow. its not too soft or too hard at all, its like perfection
 
damn.... a free tempur-pedic? his lucky day...

it'll be forever till i can afford a nice bed like that haha

I actually bought all kinds of new furniture for really cheap. I went to the last day of estate sales in nice areas (and there were a ton since I was in MI and it's foreclosure city) and got all my furniture there. I just made sure the bed/mattress was newish and from a guest bedroom.

I didn't get a tempur-pedic but I got a nice matress. My sister actually got a tempur-pedic using the same method.

he also got 2 50+ inch plasmas and 2 laptops. the previous person also apparently just left his audi q7 in the lot and bounced. its a professional neighborhood of nyc, people just make their money and bounce away. he is getting a pretty sick deal


i really want one of those mattresses now🙁

could be a great investment for med school, maximizing the effect of your sleep

Yeah... plus he looks like he needs to run around in the shower in order to get wet and still has HR power.

Dewayne Wise WAS that perfect game though. Unfreakin' believable catch.

...and Buehrle is my all-time favorite player. Nicest guy ever IRL and is able to dominate in the big leagues with VERY ordinary stuff. Takes stones to through low-80s in the majors, lol

Oh, and I often wear the half beard/2-day shadow.

Interesting. The only real alternative is Everth Cabrera, and I'm not ready to pull the trigger on that yet. Alexei needs to start hitting though.

And he'll never give you BBs either, lol. He WILL start hitting and is usually very good with RISP, and he'll finally have guys who can run faster than Dye + Thome in front of him. So from that standpoint he's still a decent bet.

nothing much new really, sammich visited her future home and purchased a one way ticket to tally :scared: ; ksmi and spurs got promoted on sdn 😕 ; a lot of baseball talk 🙄 ; the 2014 thread has gained epic status, also just concluded its most active week yet :woot: ; and ddub made a come back 😀

im just waiting to see where im headed next year and stressing a little about all the forms, letters, and contacts until everything falls into place hopefully in the nxt couple weeks/months 🙂

hi everyone!🙂 back from my trip. it was awesome-i miss my college friends so much!! it's no fair that being a grownup means everyone doesn't live near each other anymore🙁

so tired. i'm not used to this minimal sleep on the weekends anymore now that i graduated haha. night guys!

how was everyone else's weekend?

why can't you sleep in on weekends anymore? now that i've graduated i'm sleeping more than ever, especially on weekends.

re: yahtzee-- whenever a normal person would say "sweet" or "cool" or "score" or something equivalent, i say "yahtzee." but i have no idea how to play the game, or eve what it is, really.

It feels odd being back in Baton Rouge. It's starting to sink in that I only have about 5 weeks left here forever.

Stuff is starting to get real - for some faster than others.
 
My last finals week of undergrad starts in 8 days. :scared: Where did those 4 years go, for real? 😛
