:laugh:....town around here are hours apart. for reals. the closest MickyDs from my town west is two hours!!! But yeah, people around these parts to eat wild animals.

There's a guy named drjd who was a postbac at gt's smp (who take med school classes) who posted info about the tests at gt, they seemed ridiculous (150-200 questions with nit picky details) and lots of other info, you can probably look him up on sdn. I'm sure you'd still enjoy the location etc but I think the cost and experience would be factors I'd consider, it's def a great school tho!

i didn't leave. been living here since 2004, can't leave now! though i am moving back home to my parents' house for the summer... for the first time since high school! :scared: 👍

also, i used men's shampoo and now i smell like a boy😛

maybe it's weird, but I actually liked living at home w/ my parents after I graduated from undergrad. Until they disowned and kicked me out; but that's a different story :laugh:

I forget - are you going to med school in the city as well? Because then you really will never leave NYC 😀

same. its great. if another one of my friends think its cute to tell me that i should stop smoking when im drinking because im a doctor, then well.. i would have had heard that a few times

but it's just disheartening to wake up and count how many sticks you inhaled

... and know that you have to run 5 or 6 miles later haha
 
I made the mistake of inhaling a cigar my freshman year of college. It was my first one ever I think....

I couldn't walk up the stairs to my dorm room for about 3 days.
 
i was really attached to our library, so the last final kinda sucked that it would be my last time there 🙁
