from what I understand we'll be spending alot 🙂laugh: - that's not going to get old anytime soon) of time in the med school libraries soon enough!

Although I'm totally going to sell out and go to one of the other libraries on campus since the med school library is kinda meh
 
yea van pelt is okay. nursing school is pretty awesome to study at, as well as the vet school. wharton and the museum libraries are hot cakes
 
I think I should bring my computer to the wedding this weekend, that way when I'm bored in the hotel in the middle of nowhere I could have something to do.

I'm not a fan of central/north Louisiana. At all.

Ah that sucks! But good decision not to swerve. Once some friends and I were in a car, 2 dogs darted across in front, we served, and the car spinned around quite a few times, almost flipping over. We were slightly drunk as well so it could've been a legal disaster as well :scared:

back from workin out,

For you lifters out there, get 2lbs of gold standard whey on amazon for $15.00 w/2-day shipping. Had to restock and found this amazing deal.

Also, going on two-weeks since Loyola has started considering my request for mo money. I emailed them last Friday asking if they made any progress because it was past the estimate of one-week and I received an email back immediately saying they are "still going over my request." Is this a good or bad sign? 😕

I felt the same way about our library too. I had a specific corner that was the perfect place for me to study.

Just got some new protein from Nutraplanet.com the other day and it blows ON whey out of the water as far as taste/mixability goes. The macros are great too. It's The NutraPro and it's only $29 + shipping for 5lbs. The chocolate tastes incredible.
 
what do u guys think about nitro? i feel really hyped up and just wanna kill some weights when im on it.

nah jk, but yea as far as mixability, you have any suggestions for casein? i dont use it anymore, but thats just because of the difficulty in getting something non sticky

the only thing I don't like about this nutrient profile is I don't know how many grams of BCAAs are in it and also the majority of the whey is from whey concentrate as opposed to whey isolates (absorbed faster). Nitpicky, but makes ON still the champ for me.

I use casein and I find it not bad with milk + Blender Ball

Actually, nerdiness/, milk's pH causes the majority of the Casein to become charged and more soluable than if you were to mix it with water. So try with milk before bed using this shaker and I've had no problems. /nerdiness

Nitro is siiiick. I've never used it but I'm a big believer in Universal products. I take my Pak religiously and I'm trying out Cuts for the first time and really liking it. However, nothing will replace Jack3d as my pre-workout, except it's kinda scary how well it works.

I know I passed everything, it's a beautiful day out, I'm done with undergrad, I know where I'm going to med school, I just ate a celebratory Caramello that I made Spurs drunkenly buy me last night, I'm about to shower and go get thai food with him, we're going to go to roflcon after, then get drunk..... It's a good, good day.
