OMFG, 2 weeks from now and I will be DONE with the MCAT. Thank you, Jebus.
Practice MCATs since starting review has been in the 32 to 37 range. I'm going to take another one either later today or tomorrow. I actually still have a little bit more review to do. Mostly go over O-chem mechanisms again. That'll be done in the next few days.hows your prep going?
no it was some crazy drink nazi. it was a drink like a vitamin water. i hope i don't work with her again.what??? why would your boss lady not let you have a drink? or are you talking about drinking alcohol on the job.......probably not a good thing

I wouldn't spend too much time on this, organic mechanisms seem to be something everyone expects to need to know, but doesn't seem to get tested very much.
exactly. leaving gaps in your knowledge is just asking for trouble. the whole point of studying for the mcat, to me, isn't about trying to score super high, but minimize the role 'luck' has on your score. if you prepare right, you can reduce that to zeroI know. That's why I haven't really reviewed it and my test is in two weeks. 😳
I know the SNs and Es, and can guess fairly well about a lot of others. I know the BS section is mostly Bio, but I feel like, if I DON'T review it, I'll guarantee that there'll be a whole passage or a bunch of discretes I don't understand, you know?

I did some. Not much. Mostly the videos I was using went over a lot of them briefly, but that wasn't the point of that particular video. He has others that are a lot more in-depth.oh i thought u already had it done but just doing some extra review. of course u shouldnt just give up on 20% of a section

tell me you wouldn't want to talk to me, on my psychiatrist lounge chair with that beardo?
ufc has still not peaked in popularity and gone away yet?
Not at all, instead it has put the sport of boxing in its grave and continues to shovel dirt on it. Mixed martial arts has gone main stream, it is even on ESPN. At least for now UFC is synonymous with mma. I've been to 2 UFC events live, it is awesome.
Has no one here read Running With Scissors?
no, not all of us are quite as erudite, you know 😉
yea, it's much faster paced than boxing, not so many 12 round split decisions crap.

Beside the fact fights ending in knockout/submission are more fun to watch, the UFC has done an awesome job making the best fight the best. In boxing good fighters avoid fighting other good fighters (ex. Floyd Mayweather jr. vs Manny Pacquiao, everybody vs. Hopkins in his prime). Boxing also went downhill b/c they have so many belts in each weight class, there should be only one champ at a time.
