You sure it's a cold? Me and some ppl I know have been having coughs lately, without fever. It's an allergic symptom because the allergy has been so damn bad this year. And congrats on the practice test score!

I think I'm gonna start a Zumba class soon. Has anyone tried Zumba before?
 
I don't think I will ever go into plastics. The people always come out of surgery looking like they got beat up with a bat. I only see them in the hospital, so maybe the out patient chicks in the surgery look better though idk.

btw I do think the way plastic surgeons fix people with deformities is awesome. I just don't think it's for me no matter how many nice boobies I'd get to see.

in my skills analysis class some jest thought it was funny to subject the class to zumba. if you're into dance aerobics you'll love it. but, as a lifter/runner/etc i wasn't really into it.

IF I may propose an alternative after watching a zumba video...

Take a salsa class and do P90X or something similar.

Then, you'll learn useful/fun/social dance movies/hip movement and get in better shape.

But that's just me. I've never tried P90X.. I just go run and lift instead.
 
What? I come back to this thread after a couple of days and we're on page 108 now!? May 1st is fast approaching. How are the personal statements from you guys coming along?

I do get seasonal allergies, and I do have a dry, tickly cough, but Chicklet has pink eye and some kind of respiratory infection she's on Augmentin for (which, by the way, creates diapers from the 9th circle of hell). She gave it to me, and (TMI time) I'm coughing up discolored, opague funk. I'm alternating between the dry cough and the funky cough. It's an infection, for sure.

There were no salsa classes or else I'd do that 🙁 It's either zumba or belly dancing

Mine is pretty much done now. I also got interfolio and have 5 LORs lined up and getting done.

too much to handle is my new saying about boobs. and yes, as an employee of victorias secret, i agree, b-c's are the best.

Hahaaaaaaaaaa, let's not talk about that. I know what I'm writing about, and I'm not even starting it til May 2nd. I don't have any particularly amazing story to tell, anyway. I fully expect it'll be a decent but in no way extraordinary aspect of my application.

I have three teacher LORs but need one more cause one of them is kind of old (two years ago) and also need a couple from my bosses

I've got a pretty good draft I think I will go with after a little more work on the conclusion. I've had a heck of a time staying under 5300 characters

my PS is done. i've thought about tweeking it, and i might, but it's really hard for me to tweek a piece of writing i've done after i feel really good about it.


my LOR's,.....lets just say i'm friends/close with the people who are writing ithem for a reason and i dont expect the letters to be done until the deadline. (read: they are just as much of procrastinators as i am)

It's kinda funny... I was always inadvertently touching them. Arm around gal = hand on boob, just because of size/placement. Hahaha.

aww, sounds bad 🙁 i'm sick of the damn allergies, usually i only get it in march but this year i'm getting it from mid march to late april(stupid climate). allergies + getting sick must be really bad, hope you get better soon :luck:

Honestly I read through my friend's PS books and the sample essays are so amazing. Makes me not want to write mine. I don't have an amazing story to tell either. Nothing happened that changed my life. I just got interested in medicine, volunteered and liked it more, and worked for it. My story is going to put adcoms to sleep
